Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war umwerfend, für jedes Problem gab es eine Lösung, das Zimmer war schön und sauber, das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Rundum war alles sehr gut.
Optimal für eine Reise zu Bayer 04 bzw. anderen Sport_Events.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Lage
Pros:

Insgesamt hatte ich einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die man selbstständig an- und ausschalten konnte – gerade bei warmen Temperaturen sehr praktisch.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Stadt ist nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Cons:

Etwas störend war allerdings, dass nachts draußen immer wieder ein Piepsen zu hören war, was auf Dauer ziemlich genervt hat. Außerdem hatte ich mit meinem Handy trotz Unlimited-Tarif im Hotel leider kaum bzw. gar keinen Empfang und konnte teilweise nicht einmal normal telefonieren.

Trotz dieser Punkte war es insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.
