Hotel Lisboa Plaza, a Lisbon Heritage Collection

We have stayed here before and was pleased with everything so we decided to stay again. The hotel is lovely, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of choice and a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are great and very hard working. Location is on a quiet side street off the main avenue and around a 20-30 minute walk to the riverfront.

The hotel was beautiful, amazing staff that could not do enough for us, all so helpful and happy!
We had a family room - it was immaculate and really spacious, the beds were so comfy with beautiful white bedding.
The location was great - a quiet street but close to everything you need in Lisbon within easy walking distance.
Lovely breakfast and tea/coffee making in the lounge 24/7. You can also request tea and coffee making in the room!
Bar food and drinks were good and very reasonable.
I would highly recommend staying here and would like to thank all the staff for giving us such a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The breakfast is very good, fresh tasty food with loads of variety the selection of cakes and pastries are amazing. The hotel is a Heritage property, rooms are spacious and clean. They also have a nice lounge for relaxing overall a great stay. A special callout to Joāo from the receptionist team who acted as my local guide and helped us discover places not known to tourist these were amazing.

I've stayed for business in many hotels all over the world and I've forgotten nearly all of them. But hotel Plaza was such a nice experience that I feel like going back again for pleasure.

This was a special place to stay in Lisbon! My room was clean well appointed and spacious complete with a king sized bed. The front desk employees made me feel right at home and gave me great advice for restaurants, activities and assistance. Anna Carolina), Erica and Joao were gold star employees at reception. They could not have been friendlier for all 4 nights I stayed here. Because of them I will be a loyal customer. Breakfast offered wonderful selections and the complimentary afternoon wine served in the lovely lounges was wonderful after a day of sightseeing. I have travelled to over 75 countries and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Don’t think twice about staying here. Great location as well.

Just spend 4 nights here. Mainly as just somewhere to sleep as so much to do in Lisbon. But felt need to review as it was a lovely place. I booked a petit room. Small room, perfect for one, or two on a budget, but so much storage, so no ‘living out of a case”for several days, fridge with complimentary water, comfy bed, plenty plug sockets, including a multinational adaptor with usb port. Very clean. Very pleasant staff. Well stocked breakfast. Lots of places to sit inside hotel, would be ideal for small groups travelling together to congregate. Area feels safe for a solo female traveller. About 150 metres from a metro station, making it easy to get from airport (1 easy change).

We had a 5 night stay in this beautiful Portuguese Classical Hotel, and from the time we arrived until leaving the Service given by the Hotel staff was exceptionally good in every way. On arrival we were surprised and very pleased to be informed that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 6th floor (Room 610) and this was a delight. Spacious and so well furnished and this really did make our stay that much better. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and so much thought has gone into this, and their attention to detail is first class. The welcoming lounge with free tea/coffee 24/7 is a real bonus as well.
The sleep quality was extremely good, and the breakfast in the morning was fine for us, both quality and choice.
Many thanks to the Portuguese Receptionist at the Front Desk, I think her name was Anna, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in arranging our tours.
We would certainly stay here again.

Is very central and close to a lot of attractions but never feeling like you are in the middle of the city.
Has a nice terrace where you can sunbathe, relax, or other.
Nice breakfast - lot of different options. Has the standard bread, eggs, yogurt, fruits etc.

Our second trip to Lisbon we decided to stay at the same hotel for ease and familiarity.
So glad we did! It is truly like stepping back in time. Elegant without being pretentious. Friendly without being fussy.
Accommodations, food, drink and atmosphere are amazing. But the Staff really sets this establishment appart!
Will definitely stay here three next time we return!

Excellent location.. quiet and safe and close to restaurants supermarket and Alfama etc.
reception staff were helpful and offered some good advice for restaurants.
Old-worldly decor well maintained and plenty seating areas and terrace on 5th floor.
Our room was a bit smaller than we prefer but marble bathroom and fresh towels and bed made everyday made up for it.

Staff and location were great, the hotel itself is a bit dated.

we were lucky enough to stay for four nights.this hotel is first class ,from a warm welcome all throughout our stay we could not have been better looked after .they thought of everything even down to an adaptor in the room which was set up for appliances from the uk ,never seen one before but so appreciated.beautiful room ,great bathroom ,i adore a bath ,complimentary water ,fabulous breakfast ,didn't want for a thing .placed in a part of the city which made getting around so easy this hotel ticks every box .i would highly recommend and i will not hesitate to return , thank you all for a fantastic stay

We unfortunately had to cancel our booking here. I explained the situation of my dads imminent declining health (he passed the day after my return) and the hotel graciously provided a refund…now, this is the kind of place I want to use for a future stay.

We were a Group of 6 travelling together and this is what we found. Near the heart of Lisbons restaurant and shopping area and was walking distance to both. This is a beautifully maintained hotel with great Breakfast everyone can enjoy with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff and a rooftop terrace for smokers or private get togethers. This place has old world charm with all the amenities of a modern hotel. This would be a great place for anyone to stay

Great experience! The staff were amazing - extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The lounge is always supplied with free coffee, tea and ice cold water. Trust me, you’ll want that water after a long day of sightseeing. The room was clean; breakfast was abundant and the onsite restaurant was very good. I’d definitely book this hotel again. Location is close to a lot of restaurants, hop on hop off locations and shopping! Thanks 🙏🏽
