Very unpleasant stay with huge price
Cons:

In the first room we were given, the ceiling was falling down. The hotel is rated as a 4-star property, but it certainly does not meet that standard. There was no shampoo, no coffee maker in the room, and the pool was out of order. Instead of a relaxing view, we looked out onto a dirty, unused pool. The photos online are very misleading — they make the place look much nicer than it actually is. For the high price we paid, the experience was extremely disappointing. We expected much more and felt very let down by our stay.
