Wspanialy hotel ;) personel bardzo miły i pomocny, pokój bardzo przestronny. Cicha okolica. W hotelu miła dla oka kolorystyka ;)
Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do pociagu RER linia C, dogodna przesiadka na linię B w kierunku lotniska. Blisko sklep. Zdecydowanie polecam Square ;)
The rooms are large and clean with great quiet air conditioning which is essential for summer in Paris. We were greated warmly at reception and had good interactions with most staff. We decide to take a short walk to the bridge to take pictures of the eiffel tower at 10pm and after 5 minutes it started raining so we quickly walked back to the hotel. Imagine our surprise to find the doors to the hotel locked and no one at reception, no sign, no intercom! The hotel uses traditional hard keys for the rooms so no keycard to allow guests access. There is a doorbell, which we pressed multiple times, and were finally let in after ~ 10 minutes. The reception said that he had to go help another guest and there was only 1 person on duty so he can't leave the door unlocked and we should understand that the owner can't afford to have 2 people on duty in the evenings. (isn't access to our rooms what we are paying for?) That same day the maid did not replenish the hand towels and we had to call down for towels.
The hotel sent a survey email the day after these events so I wrote these two concerns down. There was no response from hotel management.
The next day the maid again did not replenish the towels or coffee pods (called again)
The third day exactly the same!
We again took a short walk to the bridge to take pictures and came back and again the receptionist was not at the desk and had locked the doors. (lucily this time he was only gone 5 minutes.
We would have given the hotel 5 stars but the lack of focus on the consistency of service and the locking of the doors without an attendant brings the entire exerience down
From arrival to departure, Hotel Square exceeded every expectation.
Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in a central yet wonderfully residential neighbourhood. Many of Paris’ iconic attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, are within walking distance, and we loved how safe and authentic the area felt. Within just a few minutes’ walk, we discovered beautiful local patisseries, charming bistros, and hidden gems that made our stay feel truly Parisian.
Rooms: At 32sqm, the rooms are exceptionally spacious by Paris standards, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I’m happy to say they absolutely lived up to expectations. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent air conditioning, comfortable pillows, and a lovely view of the trees outside our window.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the spa and gym facilities, not because they weren’t appealing, but because every waking moment was spent sightseeing and making the most of everything Paris has to offer!
A special thank you to the wonderful team who helped make our girls’ trip so memorable: Jack, Mohammed, Dimitri, Francesco, Aminda, and Seidou. Every one of you went above and beyond, whether it was offering recommendations, helping with logistics, or simply stopping for a friendly chat. The service was truly exceptional, and your warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
Hôtel formidable, personnels à l'écoute et très professionnels, chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Petit-déjeuner au top.
Excellent location - especially if you are in town to watch Roland Garros. Hotel is 25 min walk from the venue. Very nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes and 20 mins walk along the river to Eiffel Tower and 30 min to Faubourg. Super nice staff at the reception. Stayed in the suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Loved Nuxe amenities in the bathroom.
Wifi should be improved as it was very slow. Also housekeeping would need a better training and supervision. Pillows also could be much better.
Nothing, its really bad
