Pros:

The breakfast was great. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. I had emailed questions a few times and the response time was always within 12 hours.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small and there was no place to put your clothing or your suitcases. Our room was never cleaned by the cleaning staff on the day we wanted it cleaned.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Hotellin sijainti myös napakymppi. Iloinen yllätys oli saada kylppäri kylpyammeella.

Cons:

Minun silmääni ei miellyttänyt ollenkaan huoneen sisustus/värimaailma. Sängyn takana oleva seinä oli todella levoton. Tähän hintaluokkaan odottaisin tyylikkäämpää huonetta.

Frühstück war vielseitig, gut und reichhaltig. Die Bar im Hause ist sehr gut und das Personal der Bar super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr demodiert mit einem alten Teppich und klein. Bei der Badezimmertür ist die Türklinke an einem Samstag herausgekommen und konnte erst Montag geflickt werden. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Skiraum.

Aamupala oli erinomaisen hyvä. Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti.

Cons:

Henkilökunta oli tympeä, lukuunottamatta 1 vastaanotossa työskentelevää työntekijää kohtaa. Kiireen tuntu näkyi ja ei tullut asiakkaan puolesta tervetullut olo. Myös auton parkkihalli, pieni ja siellä täällä vapaita paikkoja, joihin vaikea ajaa sillä toiset autot parkkeeranneet leveästi.

Overall a nice hotel as we were part of the Finlandia race weekend attending from the USA
Pros:

Beautiful lobby, bar area, restaurant and breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Pictures show all these large rooms and in reality those were an across the street. The standard rooms are the size of a college dorm room. With that said they were small but efficient once you settle into the space.

Ein schönes und stilvolles Hotel :-). Nächstes Mal gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Ambiente war auch schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas zu warm. Es war leider nicht möglich die Raumtemperatur unter 21 Grad zu stellen.
Meine Nachfrage an die Rezeption hat es auch bestätigt.
Aber besser zu warm als zu kalt.

Cons:

I missed the espresso machine at breakfast. It wasn't there anymore. The bar closed at 10:00 PM. Suggestion: offer the option of seating in a smaller section of the bar during quieter hours, perhaps with a more limited drink selection for hotel guests.
