A memorable experience for a higher price
Pros:

Beautiful interior design, fast and smooth check-in and check-out with different options for our stay, rich amount of breakfast options, cleanliness of rooms and hotel, niceness of each staff peronnel we have met, we have been given a higher-tier rooms than booked, great room facilities, very comfortable bed, beautiful room and hotel lighting with practical settings.

Cons:

Higher price, although this opinion has been compensated with higher-tier room we have been given. It can get little bit crowded on breakfast, however there is pretty enough space to sit down. Guests passing by the inner garden can slightly see into your garden room at the end of the garden, unless you close the opaque curtain.

Clean , friendly staff , comfortable

Cons:

The air conditioning need to be improve especially the room on summer time the AC need to be reduce untill 18 degree and also at the lobby hotel the room temperature need to 18-20 degree to make people more feeling comfortable the rest of the hotel like good service is very good .
