Nichts zu meckern, in Gegenteil alles io !
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiter Personal.
Hatten ein kleines Problem und sie haben uns geholfen.

Cons:

Einzig die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage etwas kompliziert.

Sauna in Schichten, Frauensauna immmer etwas früh, besser hätte uns gefallen wenn Männer und Frauen abwechselnd die frühe und späte Schicht gehabt hätten

La climatisation de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas correctement; il souffle un froid épouvantable, la température ressens en dessous de 10 degrees, impossible d’arrêter la climatisation. Le personnel a été désagréable et a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons dû dormir sous deux couvertures avec un souffle glacial. À éviter.

Onnistunut pikku loma.
Pros:

Kaikki toimi hyvin , tori ja kaupat lähellä.
Kesäiltaa oli kiva viettää terassilla .

Cons:

Oma moka kun ei mainittu tilatessa ettei saa olla kylpyammetta. Ei ollut helppoa mennä ammeeseen kun on liikkumisrajoitteita.

Outstanding breakfast. Clean and functional room. Restaurant needs to be better run.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely great - one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Also, it was interesting to bump into the beekeeper who has hives on the roof.

Cons:

The reception staff were friendly and helpful but the Trattoria staff were fairly rude and definitely out of their depth. We walked out after waiting for 25 or 30 minutes for drinks and to order.
