Never again. For sure.
Pros:

When I booked the price qouted and accepted did not include $34 for pets, and $10 for parking. A true hustle. Called for room serviceand the hotel staff said call the 800 number, cooking not at hotel and did not know anything ABOUT THE FOOD SERVICE. A classic bait and switch and a hustle to take your hard earned moolah. Bad bummer all around. Glad only 1 night.

Floors creeked so loud walking down hallway it sounded like drims being played badly

Cons:

I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi and grill weren't working. Although the website indicated that they were available when booking, we chose this hotel only because of the jacuzzi. This was unpleasant.

Pros:

Location (next to small mall with a great sushi restaurant, cafe, etc.), in walking distance to ice skating rink and downtown Truckee. Cozy, "cabin" feel with warm pool and huge hot tub and nice fitness center. Breakfast is served on real plates / mugs with nice variety of hot and cold dishes. Cozy and stylish "living room / lobby" off the actual lobby and overlooking the pool. Nicely equipped "market" for last minute necessities and snacks / beverageds. Super nice and accommodating staff.

Cons:

Our first room was not clean (dirty heater / air conditioner), had not been vaccuum cleaned and the air conditioning unit looked like it was going to fall off the wall. Our second room was slightly cleaner but the heater didn't work (but got fixed after we alerted the front desk). We only had feather pillows (lots of them) but the front desk staff organized hypo-allergenic pillows after we aaked.

I’d suggest spending a little more for another location. I stayed here because my group who had pets were staying here.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and healthy options.

Cons:

The bathroom fan runs continuously without any shut off switch. Shower was lukewarm at best. Blanket was thin like a sheet so I had heat set to 70 trying to warm up from a day skiing, cold shower and now this. Room was extremely dark even with every available light on.

Beein charged for parking in an area that has plenty of space. Thevpilows where very uncomgortable felt like the g iam was in pieces. Out of 5 pillows one was ok. Mini frig terrible loud t g st wouldn't let me sleep, had to put my special food out in the car at night so I could plug it off.

Pros:

The breakfast was and is good, overall. I come here fairly regularly. Up until recently, their breakfast home fries were cut, diced, and fried perfectly. My last two visits, however, the potatoes are terrible. Ywo visits ago, the potatoes were cut, diced, buttered, but barely cooked. This last visit, the potato cutes and dices were not distinguishable; they were mashy. And they were again barely cooked.

Most people like their potatoes well done with a little crispiness on the edges. Bring these back please?
