Cons:

Měli jsme jiný pokoj, než jsem objednal. Měl být v průčelí hotelu s výhledem na moře. Měli jsme boční pokoj, výhled na moře jen částečný.

It is in a great location, most staff is really friendly and helpful, very clean.

Cons:

The price is incredibly high for the space and acommodations offered and everything costs something extra (bed, breakfast, water, beach chair...)

Clean, well located hotel with beach club.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. The best features are the location which is highly walkable to everything and the on site beach club. It’s convenient to return from sightseeing and head over to the beautiful beach ! We had a room for three with tons of privacy between my husband and me and our daughter in a separate sleeping quarter which contained a half bath and its own balcony. My nephew had a single room which was compact and comfortable. Great service too. I would return and recommend.

Ottima se si va a mangiare altrove e si sceglie un bagno vicino

Il bagno specie la doccia, la camera era piccola ma il letto era ottimo l’armadio era piccolo ma io restavo tre giorni e andava benissimo

Cons:

La loro piscina è risultata un miraggio per il comportamento del personale con accappatoio si accappatoio no alla fine non ci va nessuno.
La spiaggia è la peggiore della zona per i sassi presenti mentre i bagni vicini avevano il ghiaietto e andare in acqua era pericoloso dalla spiaggia per i massi. La cosa incredibile è stata che alle 21 di luglio non si potesse più mangiare perché fanno gli orari delle RSA

Très déçue : une chambre sale, non conforme à la réservation et un service client décevant.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable, à proximité de la plage. Malheureusement, c’est le seul point positif de mon séjour.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

J’avais réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant. Finalement, mon amie n’a pas pu venir en raison de sa grossesse et je me suis retrouvée seule avec ma fille. J’ai demandé s’il était possible d’obtenir un geste commercial ou un remboursement partiel, mais on m’a expliqué que cela n’était pas possible. J’ai accepté cette décision.

En revanche, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très sale, très petite et ne correspondait absolument pas à la chambre que j’avais réservée ni au prix payé. Je suis retournée immédiatement à la réception pour demander une chambre conforme à ma réservation. On m’a répondu qu’aucune chambre équivalente n’était disponible et que l’on pouvait uniquement me proposer une chambre encore plus petite et de catégorie inférieure pour une nuit, avant un éventuel changement le lendemain.

Je trouve cette situation inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. J’ai payé un prix élevé pour une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes ni à la réservation effectuée. La propreté était insuffisante et le service client n’a apporté aucune solution satisfaisante.

Je regrette sincèrement d’avoir choisi cet hôtel. Je ne m’y suis pas sentie à l’aise et cette expérience a malheureusement gâché une partie de mes vacances. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Pros:

I went for dinner and I was very disappointed in the service and quality of the food, The Caesar salad was inedible, over dressed, and soggy. No staff member seemed to care about or ask if anything was wrong. When it came to dessert, I never received what I originally ordered. Instead, confusion, denying that I even ordered dessert. zero explanation on why I was not getting the dessert I ordered. I Paid and left. I would not recommend eating at this hotel. I felt I was not respected as a guest.

Maravillosa e inolvidable estancia en Santa Margherita!!!

Nos encantó todo!!! Las habitaciones, buen aire acondicionado sin ruido, perfecta ubicación, frente al mar, desayuno fabuloso!!! y el área de la piscina en la azotea, maravillosa con una vista espectacular!!!

Только то, что есть парковка и есть в номере балкон .

Дали номер на первом этаже напротив технических помещений , это первое , когда бронировали было написано завтрак включён , но почему-то сейчас написано , за до плату . Пляж 50€ , дно каменистое народу много, левее пляж за 70 € с белоснежными полотенцами , со спокойным входом в море с небольшой галькой. Завтрак скудный , не считая сладостей по цене 20€ за двоих , сыр два вида , колбаса два вида , сырые яйца нужно варить самим , короче это самый скудный завтрак , который я видела в отелях. Подушки деревянные . С шести утра слушаешь , как в соседних номерах начинают пользоваться туалетом .
