It's hardly a breakfast.
Not much. At least it was close to some restaurants and a grocery store.
You get what you pay for. The room had a kitchenette but there were no plated, pans, silverware etc. without having to ask for them. Bathtub had no stopper. Apperently no bathtub in entire building has a stopper. Used dish sink stopper. Not great. Very few tv channels. Front desk was not very helpful.
Breakfast was silly. Not even worth pretending it was breakfast.
Clean room, comfortable bed.
The employee who checked us in was VERY unhelpful, unprofessional, and almost rude. She refused use of the restroom, though I explained that I had been driving all day and it was a bit of an EMERGENCY....
She demanded to see, not only my I.D., but my wife and daughter's I.D.s as well! I mentioned that in all my years, (75), NO hotel nor motel had EVER asked for my wife and daughter's I.D.s, and she gruffly replied it's their policy!
The room had thin walls and one could overhear others in adjacent rooms, and at 5 AM, there were noisy occupants up and speaking loudly in the hallways, and even outside in the parking area, of course waking us all up several times. Terrible!
The lock on our door never worked. We had to track down staff to unlock it every time we left the room. The seventh day of our stay they coulld not get it unlocked. They didn’t call us to let us know. When we returned to our room about 9 pm with our 2 cousins they told us we had to move out of our room now. This was because they had to cut into the wall and disconnect the electricity. Therefore we had to pack up in the dark. I am handicapped and needed a walking shower. They didn’t have those accommodations for another 2 weeks so they comped our night in another room and we moved out the next night. Plus there was marijuana smoke in the halls coming into our room. Upstairs and downstairs. When we moved into our room the bed was clean but the floors hadn’t been cleaned.
I didn’t like the fact that they wouldn’t clean our room for the first two weeks. We would be charged for it. After the 2 weeks they would clean with no charge. We could get the essential towels and toilet paper whenever we needed it.
I liked the location , the location & price is what brought us here.
Umm, it was dirty. The dresser our tv was on was completely stuffed up, no hiding that. The room is entirely hard wood and there was still dirt in the corners and . We didnt get to try the pool or spa, but honestly with the cleanliness of everything else probably was best. The bed was so stiff.
The location and the management are top notch.
The manager Michelle goes above and beyond to accommodate my complicated situation. My stay was and still is the best experience I’ve had in my history of staying at Extended Stays.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Quiet area with plenty of choice around for cafes and fast food. Great location for our needs

This was my family's first time to Mukilteo. Our stay at extended stay was beyond what we had hoped for. The staff was great. Especially Jenn and Angel! the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
