The location is very convenient for my frequent visits to friends and family.
I travel with my dogs. But I am respectful of other guests and don't let my dogs bark constantly.
There was another guest that was allowed to let their dog bark constantly.
I let the management know and nothing was really done.
I probably won't recommend or stay at this location in the future.

I booked a room and paid online I went to check in and the front desk tells me I have to wait for night audit to finish I arrived at midnight and had to wait till 1:30am to check in. Once I got In my room it was dirty definitely needed a deep clean and it smelled like they needed that time to quickly clean the room out .
The fridge and all the appliances worked and it was cozy it felt like a home which was nice
The bed kinda banged the wall when I moved from left to right it wasn’t that bad I just didn’t want to annoy the neighbors
My daughter and I arrived at around 12:30, but the lady at the front desk told us that the system was being upgraded, so we couldn’t check in — nor could anyone check out. She also said this upgrade happens every day and is usually completed around 2:00am. We had nowhere to go in the middle of the night, so we had to wait in the lobby. During that time, we tried to contact Booking.com, but only got automated replies. Fortunately, the system upgrade finished at around 1:30am. I really don’t understand why, if the system upgrade happens every day, guests aren’t informed in advance. As for the so-called breakfast the next morning — it was just two muffins placed on a table across from the front desk. There were still 45 minutes left before breakfast ended, yet only two muffins remained. Can that even be called breakfast? The towels in the bathroom had several hairs on them, the bed sheets had stains, and there was no coffee maker in the room. Well, thankfully I only stayed for one night — or to be precise, just 8 hours.
