Un super accueil de la part de la dame à la réception malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive Le jeune homme, Idem le matin de notre départ, très courtois et professionnel.
Par contre,les chambres ont besoin de réfection (moquette,et sanitaire)

Chambre satisfaisante malgré un problème de porte et un chauffage qui ne marche pas.
Le petit déjeuner en revanche est juste correct dans l'absolu mais plus que décevant au regard du prix de 14€!!

Das Zimmer hat gestunken, das Bett war unangnehm , eingangstür hat sehr laut gekwitscht und das TV hat nicht funktioniert .

Der Ersteindruck war übel. Unsere Zimmer waren nicht sauber, der Gang richtig dreckig, grosse, eklige Flecken auf den Bodenbelägen, übler Geruch im Lift...
Die Umgebung ist nicht wirklich einladend, es ist keine tolle und sichere Umgebung ums Hotel rum.

Die Angestellten im Restaurant und vor allem an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Horrible stay, would not recommend this hotel, we went with my two year old and asked if they could warm up some milk the first night as there was no kettle in the room, they gave small amount for the night and then said from tomorrow you need to pay for a coffee and just get hot milk for that price, I asked if I bought my own milk, would they keep it in their fridge, they refused and no fridge in the bedroom

Personnel accueillant. Chambre propre et calme. Manque de pression dans le WC mais nettoie quand même.

Tout de A à Z est pourri dans cet hôtel, du personnel à la bouffe : tout est horrible. Il y’a des insectes morts dans la chambre qui est poussiéreuse et le personnel fait des réflexions déplacées. Tout à l’air d’être resté en 1990 et franchement ça ne vaut mais alors pas du tout son prix.

C’est ridicule, l’établissement devrait avoir honte de proposer un service pareil : soyez assez bons pour réaliser qu’il faut arrêter de voler les gens car outre le service désastreux à ce niveau c’est du vol.

Booking was made for quadruple room with multiple beds due to accessibility needs. Room given was a small dirty double, stained carpets, tired furniture and dirty bathroom. Shower permanently fluctuated between roasting hot and freezing cold make showing in this hot weather, very difficult. AC was poor, room small and stuffy. We were told by a rude receptionist that the hotel was full, nothing can be done. Really not happy with this stay. If you read poor reviews about this property, please trust them. I wish I had read them before booking.

Its close to the train to get to Disney
It offers food & drinks downstairs but we didnt use that service. The lifts are dirty and they allow people to smoke in them so its really not good for families at all. One gentleman was still smoking as he came out thr lift. The walls are dirty, the halls dont looks clean and

Chambre familiale pour un sejour pro d'une semaine.
Cloisons en cartons avec qui plus et une porte communicante en bois. Donc on entend tout. La moindre respiration du voisin de chambre. Et quand ceux ci ne sont pas civilisés c'est juste invivable. Salle de bain recente. Chambre glauque. Vieille moquette. Traces de front et de doigt sur les fenetres. Cheveux; poils et autres sous le matelas.Le personnel est quand à lui tres sympathique et aimable.

Verouderd hotel, kamer was niet proper Natte plek naast bed, of te koud of te warm water, sifon deksel kapot, geen thermostatische kraan, lawaai door ventilatie, WC deksel los en lift die rammelt (was bang voor veiligheid) en vies is.

le parking etait payant et sur votre site etait indiqué gratuit....

Excellent accueil, chambre confortable.
