La atención fue un poco impersonal. Con poca amabilidad, responden a las preguntas pero en firma muy concreta. Lo mejor es que en la habitación había un hervidor,tazones con café, te, azúcar. Muy rico

Nos encantó la ubicación y el desayuno, uno que es del exterior a comparación de España pensaría que en principio es caro pero está genial a comparación lo que está afuera en cualquier parte de la ciudad. La habitación muy bien y recomendamos

OK and functional but would have been worse if I had need to stay in the room for any length of time beyond sleeping.

Cons:

The accommodation was quite basic and the rooms whilst small, were big enough for one. However mine was a twin room with 2 beds and had I been there with my wife it would have been difficult in terms of storage (there was little hanging space and no drawers or safe in the room) and moving around. The bathroom itself was tiny as was the shower cubicle. The TV remote didn’t work either, the single battery being dead.
I stayed at the Ibis Grand Place in 2019 and recall it as being far better than the City Centre hotel, also it was better situated, The Ibis Grand Place I would say is perfectly located and the room standard was also better though I can’t recall whether we had a superior room or not?
