In general very happy with my stay and location is superb.
Pros:

Excellent location! Beautiful view from my room of St. Catherine's.

Cons:

On the first night, it was very noisy in the corridor from other guests coming in and out. Another issue that it seems there must have been a service room on top of my room and I could hear wheels and things moving around late at night and also early morning. But it seems to stop on the 2nd night. Hairdryer was not working.. Giving it a rate of 8 because of the noise issue.

Posizione punto forte, ottimo soggiorno in generale.
Pros:

Il punto forte di questo hotel è la posizione. Tutte le principali attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi e la metro è vicinissima. La mia stanza si affacciava sulla chiesa di Santa Caterina, molto suggestivo. Lo staff ha risolto il mio problema quando un giorno prima di arrivare mi sono reso conto di aver prenotato due letti singoli anzichè uno grande. La stanza era quella che volevo. La stanza era gia pronta alle 10 del mattino e non alle 15. Mi si è scaricata la batteria della porta (sfortuna) e lo staff ha risolto in breve tempo.

Cons:

Il mio bagno era vermente molto piccolo, si faceva fatica a muoversi, si percepisce un po di vecchiaia nella struttura, ha lo stile ibis trovato in altri Hotel della catena ma i mobili e la stanza sembrano molto vissuti e non recenti. Manca il bidet o una doccetta.
