Disaster
Cons:

A terrible experience — absolutely below any acceptable standard.

When booking, there was no warning whatsoever about the renovation works. These included loud drilling starting before 7 a.m., with the sound of drills continuing throughout the entire day, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday stay.

One of the main reasons we chose this place was the spa, yet it was not available, just like the indoor pool, due to the renovations. Again, there was no prior notice about any of these major limitations when making the reservation.

The rooms were not very clean. The slippers were covered in hair and already torn, and the bathrobes were worn out and ragged.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing — half the table was just bread, with barely anything to put on it. Even alternative milk wasn’t available unless you asked, and only then did it miraculously appear.

The service staff were very unpleasant and unwelcoming.

The location itself is beautiful, which makes it even sadder that it is so poorly managed.

Overall, it was a complete nightmare. The stay was not worth a single cent — yet it cost us around two thousand.

Ein Hotel mit Stil
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist ein Traumhaft schönes Hotel mit Stil. Die Zimmer im 2 OG sind alle neue Renoviert worden und sind sehr schön gestaltet. Zur Zeit wir noch sehr viel Renoviert, deswegen ist nicht alles offen, und es kann in der Woche laut sein.
Wir werden aber Wiederkommen wenn alle Renovierungen erledigt sind.

A relaxing weekend away with my husband. Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

It is set in such a beautiful surrounding area but the actual property is gorgeous too. Loved the rose bush and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Cons:

We wanted to go for a swim but right before we went there were a lot of ducks by the pool that must have pooed right before we got there. Completely not the staffs fault but it deterred us from swimming unfortunately.

Property is being renovated extensively. I knew there would be some disruption but had no idea it would be so noisy, smelling of paint, workers coming j to the room to replace smoke detectors etc.

A lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent staff, lovely room with a widow we could open for fresh air, good bathroom, good breakfast.

Cons:

The doona on the bed was way too hot which made for a very uncomfortable night trying to sleep, despite keeping the window open to let some cool mountain air in. I would have liked the choice of a much lighter bed cover.

Husband booked our 2 night stay. Last time he will do that job

Cons:

Parking is inadequate. Our room had the coldest bathroom we have ever experienced. Never encountered this anywhere. We laughed at one small piece of soap in bathroom for both the shower and basin. Poor selection of tv channels offered. Breakfast offering was just average. Overall for cost, we would not return.
