Excellent hotel great service. Love staying there.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Beautifully furnished. Just recently updated and it is so elegant. Staff were very personable and polite. Amenities are top class.

Cons:

The sauna and spa were being updated and thus not available for us to use. This is a shame as we enjoy those facilities.

Pros:

As in the past a great location and comfortable atmosphere.

Cons:

Our timing may have been out of step as the restorations/changes were still being instigated. Was not greatly impressed with replacing the leather chairs etc in the ground floor with the fabric ... apart from taking away from the atmosphere, they will get dirty and cheapen the location ... hopefully the billiard table will be back next time we visit ... the games room was underwhelming ... we have been to Lillianfells many times and will be back ...

Slightly disappointing.
Pros:

Disappointed that renovations were being carried on during our stay- especially with sauna, steam , massage and pool not available.

Cons:

Signage is almost non existent.

Absolutely loved it. We were celebrating our 35th Anniversary. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

Loved everything! Room was great, staff were lovely and our dinner was incredible. Just wish we were staying another night.

It was a lovely stay, but the hotel is very expensive!
Pros:

Breakfast and the breakfast room room were very good!

Cons:

More undercover parking, the garage was full of furniture and ‘stuff’! Also our room looked out on the driveway!

Lovely. My second time visiting and a beautiful place to stay for a special occassion
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable. Great choice of restaurants on the property/ next door and the food was amazing

Cons:

We were disappointed the Spa facilities weren't available.

Pros:

The atmosphere was great and location amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed cover was hot and caused over heating during the night. One meal was returned due to poor preparation and cooking. (The cost was refunded.) One bedside light bulb was not operational and the bathroom electrical mixed GPO was unable to support the hair dryer so it kept falling out. Your Electrician replaced it.

Good Blue mountain trip
Pros:

This particular staff named Bryent that check us in and out provided perfect services. He really make us felt like home and we will definitely be back again. Also I must thank him for the portable heaters provided.

Cons:

Maybe the variety of foods for breakfast should have more.
