Please note that the spa is accessible only to adults at an extra cost of EUR 35 per day, or EUR 12 from 17:30 to 19:30 for everyone.
Please note that in the spa area, board shorts are not allowed. Swimming briefs are mandatory. Sun beds on the private beach are at an extra fee of EUR 18 per day.
Please note that for guests on the Relaxing Package, spa access is from 17:30 to 19:45.

Please note that pets are only allowed on the first floor and upon prior request. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, thalassotherapy center, outdoor swimming pool or the beach. An additional charge of EUR 20 per night applies to guests bringing pets and is to be paid onsite.

Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen - zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant und das leckere Essen!

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, der freundliche Service trotz minderer Zustände im Restaurant.

Das Frühstück ist äußerst schlecht organisiert! Wir waren über Ostern dort! Klar - an solchen Tagen ist immer mehr los! Aber 20 Menschen vor zwei Kaffee-Maschinen! Die Service- Kräfte habe ich echt bemitleidet- sie waren trotz minderer Zustände- immer noch freundlich!
Der Wellnessbereich war für
uns sehr sehr schlecht. Es waren viel zu viele Menschen in einem sehr kleinen Becken. Der Bereich ist lieblos gestaltet und das I- Tüpfelchen war eine sehr unfreundliche Dame im Thalasso-Eingangsbereich. Ich wollte mich nach dem Saunagang im Meer abkühlen und mich einfach nur mit einem Handtuch abtrocknen und mir dieses um den Körper wickeln. Die Dame im „Wellnessbereich“ machte mir klar, dass dies nicht erlaubt sei und riss mir das Handtuch aus der Hand! Ich solle mein eigenes Handtuch nutzen! Leider hatte ich kein eigenes Handtuch dabei, weil ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass man von einem Hotel, das in der Nacht 300 Euro kostet, ein Handtuch bekommen kann! Ich bin darüber immer noch fassungslos!

La propreté de l’établissement, laisse à désirer, lorsque je suis arrivé dans ma chambre, j’ai remarqué qu’il y avait du sable sur le sol à des endroits, je n’ai pas voulu en faire qu’un cas.
Lorsque j’ai voulu me faire couler un bain, en entrant dans la baignoire à nouveau du sable et en plus des poils à différents endroits. C’est inacceptable
Concernant le personnel, il a fallu que je demande 5 fois une planche à repasser, je l’avais pourtant demandé avant mon arrivée par écrit lors de ma réservation !
Attention, en hors saison, l’hôtel est au bout de la route sans commodité à proximité.

Restauration à fuir, hôtel et équipe thalasso et chambres très bien

Les installations, l’accueil, les chambres

Cons:

La restauration catastrophique petit déjeuner sans aucune anticipation de l’affluence, pas de jus de fruits, pas de viennoiseries, manque de vaisselle
Pour le restaurant de la plage un vrai bazar près d’une heure pour une prise de commande, erreurs de plats et un morceau de plastique dans la salade.
La restauration est vraiment le point faible qui gâche le séjour. Dommage
