Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de faire du lavage.

Cons:

Je pensais que la COVID était derrière nous. Mais ils servent encore de "boite déjeuner" qui comprend: un petit jus d'orange, un muffin, un yogourt et une barre céréal. Pas de quoi satisfaire un estomac. Nous avons été déjeuner ailleurs. Très décevant au prix de la chambre.

Service clientèle décevant!
Cons:

Très bruyant la nuit. Des enfants courent dans le corridor et on les laisse faire.
Le réceptionniste nous répond que ca l'aurait pu être pire et qu'on aurait pu avoir un chien dans notre chambre qui nous réveille car il se fait réveiller par le bruit... Service clientèle : Zéro !
Le matin mon collègue aimerait prendre ma boite déjeuner pour m'aider et on lui refuse alors qu'ils savent très bien que nous sommes ensemble pour le travail... Le réceptionniste de jour me fait la remarque le lendemain que ceci avait créer un froid la veille... Quel professionnalisme épouvantable encore une fois!

Bref ayant travailler moi-même dans un hôtel, jamais ces agissements n'aurait pu être accepté par mes supérieurs.
