Customer service at its finest
Pros:

We stayed for a nearby festival, so I did not use all the hotel's facilities, but we have stayed in many Novotel hotels, and this was one of the best. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were a great size, especially for Paris. I want to thank the girl at the front desk, Rayana, who was extremely helpful and resolved a difficult situation absolutely effortlessly. She is a gem! Thanks to her, we had a flawless and stress-free stay!

L'emplacement, fort pratique pour se rendre à Rock-en-Seine.

Ikeine Wiederholung!
Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau, leider wurde das bei Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Das Angebot war daher eingeschränkt. Die Zimmer benötigen eine dringende Renovierung. Die Vorhänge kaputt und mit Löchern, der Teppich mehr als ausgelatscht und voller Flecken. Die Klimaanlage war bestenfalls eine Lüftung, hat aber nicht gekühlt. Dafür soviel Geld zu nehmen, ist absolut unverschämt!

Great location, great service
Pros:

The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel and parking were easy to find. Close to tram and metro. Great location and easy to get into Paris. Clean and smart room, good breakfast.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was very good. Food was ok.

Nice Hotel, I would stay here again
Pros:

NIce hotel, friendly staff, the italian to the right out of the hotel was really nice, parking was hard to find, but safe when we did, breakfast was nice, I would recommend this hotel, altjhough there was a funny smell outside.
