The heating didn't work well, the room was cold at night. I wasn't happy with the organization, I booked half board and the day before they told me that the kitchen would be closed. They should have announced it at least a week before arrival so I could find another hotel.

The staff on the reception desk are kind .Cleaning lady also.Position is good.Metro station 10 min walking

The hotel is old,the beds are not so comfortable.we changed three rooms.For family which normally in other novotels we get a biger familly room here we got really small cold room,so we must to booked another one room in the same hotel.The breakfast is poor and every day totally same.Problem with heating first two days.For same price could be in the better hotel near to center
