The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, housekeeping were very good and efficient. The best part was the rooftop bar, our waiter was very friendly and he provided a great service for me and my elderly parents- we attended during the evening on the 28th of June, so big shout out to him!
The location is great for restaurants, bars and patisseries.
The hotel is is a bit dated and worn. The reception staff aren’t particularly friendly.
I requested a cake for my mum as we were celebrating her actual birthday whilst there- which was ignored.
I went out brought a mini birthday cake on the morning of her birthday and asked the staff at the breakfast buffet for cutlery to cut up the cake- they said no. Bearing in mind I was a paying customer of the hotel and my actual request had been completely ignored I wasn’t overly impressed.
2 of the 3 lifts broke down leaving only one working, the ques to get up and down took some time.
To round off they have an ants problem by the lifts on the second floor.
Overall a very very disappointing stay at Novotel.
The location was convenient, and the hotel itself appeared clean. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed any positives.
The complete lack of empathy and customer service. Our family of 12 arrived around 9:00 a.m. after traveling for nearly two days. We even offered to pay for an extra night so we could get into our rooms early, but instead we had to sleep in the hotel lobby until 3:00 p.m. No one checked on us, offered updates, or showed any concern. Later that night, we watched the staff leave a pregnant woman from Spain stranded because they couldn't locate her Booking.com reservation. We ended up paying for her room ourselves because we couldn't bear to see her left without a place to sleep.
incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. A huge thank you for the room upgrade — it was such a wonderful surprise! But the absolute highlight of our trip was the hotel bar on the 7th floor. The view of the Eiffel Tower from there is breathtaking and honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!
Excellent location, close to metro. Good accessibility .
Staff- the guy at the reception who checked us in kept lying about availability. Had requested for both rooms to be on the same floor well in advance, simply did not accommodate. My child was sick, yet we had to keep going from 3rd to 5th floor throughout our-stay. To make matters worse, their elevator was not functioning.
The waiter at the restaurant- the effeminate one. Literally , threw the plates on the table and was not pleased to serve because it was close to closing time, which was about 2:30 in the afternoon .
My question is - if you guys don’t want Asians in your property, either spell it out - loud and clear or train your staff to be more professional .
I left with a bitter taste.

De tres ascensores, solo funcionaba y muy mal, uno. Las únicas escaleras que había estaban en la zona de lavandería, y eran escaleras de servicio sucias.
近underground , 只需2 分鐘腳程。 附近都有餐廳， 及超市， 酒店地下有coffe shop.
冷氣開到15 到， 都等如沒有冷氣， 投訴多次都不理也沒有安慰， 只答： 係甘。 當時遇着heatwave 間房開左冷氣都仲係over 30+ degree, 就算晚上都係。 根本就冇得瞓.我問借左風扇酒店都好似冇咩幫助。
Todo estaba muy bien. Un desayuno muy variado. Cerca de la estación del metro. La habitación muy cómoda. En época de calor habían botellas de agua disponible.
The double bed and the shower were good.
It is very dirty. Room is dirty, shower and bathroom are dirty. You could see marks on the walls. Very dirty hotel.
