B&B HOTEL Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Centre Gare

This place is a dump, but I stay there for one reason, location, it’s close to my office and some ok restaurants. Today however I arrived at 11:30pm to find they had cancelled my booking without any kind of notification. If only they’d bothered so send me an email I would have made alternative arrangements, but they didn’t so I sat in an Uber for almost an hour to get there for no reason.

Je réserve pour un lit double, je me retrouve avec deux lits simples
On me dit que ce n’est pas possible d’avoir un lit double car tout est réservé
À quoi ça sert de choisir un lit double dans ce cas là…

Basic at best. The rooms are clean and quiet, and you cannot beat the location close to the train station, several restaurants (and my office). But the rooms are very small and bare, and the most annoying thing is that there is no body wash in the shower, only shampoo?!? If you want body wash you have to step out of the shower, walk over to the sink, and grab a few squirts. Beds aren't big, and the pillows are lumpy, but comfortable enoungh with one person in a double. They offer a decent continental breakfast for €10 extra, but steer clear of the scrambled eggs. bacon and sausage, they are grim. Unfortunately the alternatives in the area are exactly the same (Campanile and Ibis), only further away from the station, although they do have a bar and evening food service (of sorts) - something completely absent from this B&B.

Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. However the rooms need modernization.

Tres bon accueil, personnel sympathique ! Chambre propre et confortable, hotel tres bien desservis et bien situé ! Je reviendrais quand je passerais a paris, je suis tres satisfaite 😊

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Le seul bémol est que la femme de chambre nous a réveillé tôt pour faire la chambre (alors que nous avions mis l’affiche de ne pas déranger). Et elle n’est jamais repassé faire la chambre. Sinon tout était super.

Very good location which is just a min walk to the nearby train station. The room is large enough for a couple. However the underground parking is quite challenging unless you have a small car.

C'est un endroit très propre et bien desservi par les transports

Toujours compliqué avec l’eau chaude sinon, séjour parfait, chambre propre et confortable

Les personnes de l’accueil sont extrêmement professionnelles et agréable.
Quelques petites remarques ou idées d’améliorations néanmoins :
- Le mitigeur dans la douche devrait être remplacé par un thermostatique car l’eau change de température brutalement tout le temps, c’est désagréable car ça brûle (2 séjours, 2 fois le même problème)

- Dans la douche, il y a du shampoing et du conditionner mais pas de gel douche, celui-ci se trouve vers les lavabos, ce n’est pas super pratique
- Pas de miroir grossissant pour se maquiller dans la salle de bain, ce n’est pas pratique car les lavabos sont profond, difficile de se rapprocher pour se maquiller
