Fijn verblijf maar toch enkele verbeterpunten.
Pros:

Superleuk idee om te werken met het concept “guest of the day”
Barmannen zijn heel erg vriendelijk!
Kamers zien er op het eerste zicht mooi uit.
Locatie is goed, niet vlak in het centrum waardoor het toch niet te druk is maar toch dichtbij!

Cons:

We kwamen toe en hadden de eer om guest of the day te zijn. Superfijn idee, enkel werd dit ons door de jongedame aan de receptie met heel weinig enthousiasme en intonatie doorgegeven waardoor we niet echt wisten wat en hoe. Heel leuk initiatief, doe dit met wat meer vrolijkheid en je trip begint al een heel stuk fijner!
We hadden een upgrade naar een “deluxe” kamer, daar was niet veel aan, de vensterbank viel eraf toen je erop steunde en er komt amper water uit de regendouche, heeft 2 standen maar was niet aangenaam om hiermee te douchen, een gewone regendouche is fijner wanneer er water uit elk gaatje komt.
De plafondtegels zaten ook een heel deel los en niet op zn plek waardoor het stof eruit hing.
Bij het ontbijt was er geen personeel te zien bij aankomst, heel erg veel tafels vuil en mensen die zochten naar een tafel, personeel stond in de keuken te keuvelen. Super dat ze zoveel plezier hebben maar ik zou in eerste plaats zorgen dat alles netjes is.
De koffietassen zijn te klein voor cappuccino, deze liep elke keer over, hier moeten ofwel grotere kopjes voorzien worden ofwel iets doen aan de instellingen.
Jammer dat je je vers fruitsap zelf moet persen, bij een 4 sterren hotel voor deze prijs verwacht je toch wat extra.
