Friendly and attentive staff
Good central location
Quiet/comfortable hotel
Ample parking
Kids area
Cons:
Occasional cleanliness issues (sheets/pillow smell, pool cleanliness)

Minor maintenance problems (leaking shower)
Access/pedestrian route from shopping area inconvenient for some guests

Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Mixed signals: several reviews praise clean rooms and well-kept common areas, but there are specific complaints about shabby room appearance, soiled sheets/pillows and a children’s pool that could be cleaner.
Service
9
Consistently positive comments about friendly, attentive staff and helpful reception (named employee praised). Service is frequently highlighted as a strong point.
Location
9
Multiple reviews note a very good/central location and easy access (close to shopping and major roads). One minor access complaint about pedestrian route to the hotel from the shopping area.
Room Quality
8
Generally comfortable rooms, good mattresses and quiet; however a few guests mentioned small or tired-decor rooms and maintenance issues (e.g., leaking shower).
Amenities
8
Positive points include ample parking, kids area and available fruit; negatives include small pool, lack of in-room conditioner/lotion and some access/entrance inconveniences.
Value for Money
7.5
Mostly acceptable value for most guests, but at least one guest felt the price did not match offered amenities relative to competitors, lowering perceived value for some visitors.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Strong recurring praise for the breakfast (varied, excellent, keeps guests satisfied). A few notes that hot items could be more plentiful or staff could clear tables more quickly, but overall breakfast is a major positive.
Overall Experience
8.7
Predominantly positive stays: quiet, comfortable, well-located with friendly staff and excellent breakfast; isolated issues (cleanliness/maintenance, small rooms) reduce some guests' scores but overall experience is favorable.

Probably will avoid Novotels. Same price as others that offer a few amenities. They are using shortcuts.
Pros:

Nice staff, overall. Good burger in the restaurant.

Cons:

No conditioner, no lotion, tired decor, small rooms. Breakfast was the minimum expected.

Pros:

Cons:
