Overall, it was not a good stay at all.
Pros:

Unfortunately, i didn’t like anything.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, very few selection.
AIRCONDITIONING in my room was not working!
No available toiletries!
I called room service but nobody was picking up the calls!
Very poor customer service experience!

Il manque au moins une vraie prise au pied des lits, car mon mari a eu des difficultés pour mettre sa machine d'apnée du sommeil en service. Car pas de prise au pied du lit.

Хороший просторный санузел. Большая удобная кровать. Подушки, постельное чистое и приятное.
Удобное расположение. Просторная парковка (уличная).
Разнообразный завтрак.

Cons:

Для детей площадка очень старая, небезопасное крепление качелей - без подшипников (трется металл о металл и сыпется). В детской комнате игрушки тоже очень старые, интерактивный стол не работал.

Нормально, чисто, приятно. Но прайс, считаю, завышен.

Cons:

Завтрак скудный, овощей почти не было. Капучино почему-то сладкий - очень противно. В номере не было ни ватных дисков, ни зубной щетки, ни бритвы, даже лосьона для тела и шапочки для душа не было. Для отеля такого уровня - очень удивительно. Также не было питьевой воды, даже на этаже, при том что рядом нет магазинов. Лестница была закрыта, что также странно, и не по технике безопасности. Очень мало розеток, возле кровати только с одной стороны. Возле телевизора одна была нерабочая

Relaxing stay at Novotel Setúbal with access to Pickleball courts
Pros:

The hotel was well maintained and staff were very accommodating. A nice restaurant and bar was on the ground level with good food options and a comfortable seating area for conversation. Access to the Pickleball courts just next to the pool area were so convenient. The courts are not part of the hotel but very good quality and a reasonable rate. I would reccomend this hotel and location for Pickleball players.

Bien mais ne pas attendre trop du restaurant
Pros:

Accessible facilement en voiture, parking, piscine, restaurant sur place.

Cons:

Personnel au restaurant pas très agréable, long temps d'attente pour un plat simple, et plat pas très évolué/diversifiés.
Rien d'accessible à pied autour, prévoir de venir en voiture ou bus
