Cons:

Service van het personeel.

Ik ben 2 uur bezig geweest om een probleem met de airco (centraal systeem) opgelost te krijgen door uiteindelijk naar een andere kamer te verhuizen.

Niemand toonde enige medewerking tot uiteindelijk de receptioniste!

Le salon, le personnel disponible

Cons:

baignoire trop petite qualité de la chambre à revoir pour le prix

Cons:

It was extremely hot insane we weren’t able to sleep, there’s no cooling system as they claim because it simply doesn’t work and it was very bad

Goed gelegen, maar helaas niet erg comfortabel
Pros:

De ligging. Met de metro voor de deur, winkels om de hoek en een parkeergarage onder het hotel is het perfect gelegen.

Cons:

Kamers zijn gedateerd kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Airco werkt bijna niet. Met meer dan 30 graden buiten niet uit te houden op de kamer. Bij de receptie een ventilator gekregen. Dat hielp gelukkig tegen de ergste warmte.

Overall highly recommended
Pros:

The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was very good. Metro is 2 min walk away.

Cons:

At the checkout, I was asked to pay 160 EUR for a dinner & drinks we didn't consume. It was a very uncomfortable situation since we didn't even enter the restaurant. I asked the receptionist to verify the evidence using the cameras. It is very weird they allow people eat/drink without asking for the room card.
