Très très moyen, établissement en baisse de qualité.
Pros:

Comme d'habitude l'emplacement.

Cons:

D'années en années la qualité du petit-déjeuner règresse, pas le prix... Cette fois, rien ou presque n'était en place à 6 heures 30 à l'ouverture, le grille-pain n'était pas en marche ce qui n'était pas grave puisque le pain et les vienoiseries ne sont arrivés qu'à 7 heures ! Les œufs brouillés et les saucisses étaient froids.
La climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, le miroir avait disparu et il ne restait que les fixations sur le mur...
Bon, le personnel était agréable mais cela ne suffit pas.

Ansprechendes Hotel mit guter Anbindung - Preis-Leistung passt nicht ganz
Pros:

Metro Station direkt vor dem Hotel, daher gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Art Forum, in dem es auch einen Supermarkt, und ein kleines "Kiosk" gibt. Für kurzfristig notwendige Besorgungen prima. Die Lage war ruhig. Es gibt ein öffentliches Parkhaus, was für 25€/Nacht von Hotelgästen genutzt werden kann (die Einfahrt ist allerdings etwas versteckt). Es gibt eine kleine Spiel-und Malecke für Kinder unten am Empfang und man sich kostenlos am Wasserspender bedienen (Brita-Filter).

Cons:

Frühstück für 20€/Person zu teuer in Bezug auf Auswahl. Man wird satt, aber darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Immerhin gab es frisch gespressten O-Saft.
Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Kleiderschrank und wenig Ablagefläche. Der Lichtschalter für die Zimmerbeleuchtung befand sich im Flur und insgesamt war es sehr dunkel.

Improvement Needed
Pros:

I have stayed at the Novotel Charenton‑le‑Pont several times, and while the location is convenient, the hotel has ongoing issues that need attention. The rooms are very dated and clearly in need of refurbishment.

I recently experienced a serious booking problem: my reservation was cancelled without my request. Accor blamed the hotel, and the hotel insisted that I had cancelled it myself, which I had not. I was forced to rebook at a higher rate, and the hotel refused to refund the difference. This was handled poorly and without accountability.

My main concern, however, relates to insect bites. On multiple stays I have suffered bites, some of which were quite concerning. This is not an isolated issue—other guests have reported similar experiences. When I informed reception, the response showed little interest or urgency. I now bring repellent spray to reduce the risk, which is not something I should need to do in a hotel of this standard.

I do have further bookings, but I am reluctant to cancel them as I am unsure whether the hotel would process a refund correctly. Overall, the hotel requires significant improvement in both maintenance and customer care.

Decoração green na entrada do hotel (recepção) muito apelativa.
Pros:

Localizado bem a saída do metrô da estação Liberté
Pequeno almoço satisfatório.
Bairro calmo e sem muito movimento nesta altura do ano.

Cons:

Falta de AC foi um incomodo. Ainda faz muito calor em Agosto.
Não arrumaram o quarto 1 dos dias, mesmo tendo deixado pedido na recepção para o fazerem.

De temperatuur regeling in de kamer was slecht.
Badkamer was gerenoveerd maar zeep hangt niet in een houder maar staat los. De stort douche doet net iets meer dan druppelen.

Ottima posizione, ideale per visitare il centro con la fermata della metro a 50 metri. Comodo anche per raggiungere Disneyland. Hall attrezzatissima per i più piccoli e personale gentile.

Pros:

L'accueil de Florian a notre arrivée et ses attentions auprès de nos enfants oendant notre sejour. Le service chaleureux de Nadir au bar et au restaurant. La table de coloriage et les jeux disponibles pour les enfants. Le petit déjeuner était pas mal.

Cons:

L'entièreté de l'equipe petit dejeuner: absence de sourire et de la touche Novotel. Pas de clim, des ventilateurs défectueux.
