Magnifique et très agréable même en octobre
Pros:

Le personnel et le service impeccable
Le décors et magnifique et très agréable !
Le petit déjeuner est propre et le produits sont assez frais avec en service la possibilité d’avoir des œufs au plat etc … génial

Cons:

Le chambre sont assez insonorisé mais les parties communes (couloir) et assez bruyant et on attends les pas des personnes qui « sautant » dans les chambres aux dessus

Tener encendida la luz de la terraza hasta las doce y media sin posibilidad de apagarla atenta contra el derecho a la intimidad a no ser que cierres la terraza y eches las cortinas para que no te vean los “vecinos” de enfrente. Me gusta poder ver el cielo y tener la terraza abierta y no tener que esperar a las 00:30h. Todo lo bueno que ofrece el hotel en Personal y servicios lo echan por tierra con esa arbitraria imposición. Me gustaría volver y recomendar el hotel pero ahora mismo lo que me pide el cuerpo es denunciarles por haber estropeado mi descanso y sentirme ninguneado como cliente . No pueden decidir por mi cuando quiero apagar la luz o cuando debo cerrar la terraza. De verdad que no entiendo como pueden tomar una decisión así . La semana anterior estuve alojado en el Hostal La Gavina, allí no había luz en la terraza .

Exceeded expectations, friendly and caring.
Pros:

Most things very positive. The hotel is newly renovated and very tasteful. Especially like the communal lobby bar and pool area. Small but functional rooms (sea view would have been lovely but unfortunately none available). Very friendly staff especially the ladies on reception and Andrii and Hector in the bar. Very kind housekeeping too. Pool clean and tidy and good level
Of customer service and attention to detail. Very family friendly even a small play area In the pool area inside.

Cons:

The rooms were fine in themselves but on the basic side.
The food was not great - ample choice but not particularly tasty or high quality at breakfast but people seemed to be enjoying themselves

L’emplacement, très proche de la plage
Établissement avec une belle décoration et un personnel très serviable , des repas ( dîner ) très satisfaisants dont des bons petits déjeuner , hôtel à 1 km du beau quartier résidentiel de S’Agaró et son chemin le long de la mer 🤩. Bref tout pour passer un agréable séjour

Agréble séjour à Sant Pol
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la plage et des rochers. Bon accueil. Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Parking couvert ombragé. Jolie vue depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Chambre assez bien insonorisée avec climatisation fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Petit bémol, quelques moisissures au niveau de la baignoire (chambre 421). A par cela, chambre et parties communes globalement très propres.

Excellent séjour, rien à dire
Pros:

Excellent séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le buffet matin midi et soir, copieux et variés. Tranquillité de l’hôtel. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine.

Uniquement bonne literie.

Cons:

Petite chambre. Salle de bain désuette, wc trop bas, cuvette carrée et très proche du mur, tuyauterie apparente et un peu déglinguée. Pas de rangement( nous avons posé nos vanitys par terre.) La chambre d'à côté était occupée par des personnes ayant un chien, qui aboyé sans cesse. Les repas sans grande originalité avec peu de choix. Desserts rares et peu variés. Au global pas à la hauteur d'un 4*, si ce n'est la vue sur la mer. Attention petite piscine avec peu de transats.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta y la atención de personal excelente. Respecto a las comidas, el desayuno es muy completo pero la comida y la cena tiene poca variedad y falta fruta de temporada que si encontramos en el desayuno. El resto no tenemos queja
