Excelent!
Pros:

Perfect location. Close to a couple of local restaurants and a couple of tourists attractions.
If you like hiking or simply enjoy a walk, this is the perfect location to start an small adventure.
Staff was great and breakfast was good overall.

Great location and very nice rooms and very friendly staff,Did not get breakfast but it smelled good

The facility and staff were really great and I would stay here again however I hope before I stay their again they do so
Pros:

I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to downtown as well as only 10 minutes from the airport.

Cons:

The bed was horrible it was like sleeping on a rock. Worst two nights of sleep I have had In ages.

Sadly not worth the cost.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was really good! And the hot tub was nice!

Cons:

Unfortunately someone walked into our room while we were changing, luckily we had the dead bolt on. The receptionist gave us a new room no questions asked. The next room was, like the last, pretty dingy. The coffee machine had a mold film on the inside water tank, the fridge wasn’t very cold, the books on the night stand were sticky, and the room kind of smelled like an old ymca.

Regardless, it was still a place to stay. But for $120 plus $10 parking, I was a little sad about it. The manager at the hotel left a kind message to us after our stay, once I left a prompted review on the hotel site. Hope this is a helpful review for anyone else traveling on a budget and looking for the cleanest and most cost effective place to stay!

Great location! I’ll be back.
Pros:

Quiet location, but very close to downtown. I like shopping/eating at Whole Foods that is about 2 miles away from this location. I can’t wait to visit again in warmer weather to visit the river walk!

Cons:

The courtyard is pitch black when there is no moon. Doesn’t really work as a dog potty area when you can’t see anything. However, there are grass and trees surrounding the property that make for a nice walk.
