Nice place, did not feel safe.
Pros:

Property was large and the building was nice

Cons:

No cameras outside at all. Zero security. Our car got broken into and they had no cameras in the lot, despite charging $13 a night to park there. Staff was helpful but ultimately very disappointed resolution, $26 refund really doesn’t help with a smashed window.

Friendly staff, clean, accommodating to youth sports, outdoor pool was open in December

Location, outdoor pool open, easy to move around the building, close to easy restaurants

Cons:

The pull out sofa beds had terrible mattresses and the actual bed wasn’t overly comfortable. The brick glass in the hallways are hard to block out light for the person on the couch.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner, there were no lunch options at the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel was next to a good restaurant and a big mall.

Cons:

The rooms are old and a bit out of shape but still very clean. The breakfast was missing a lot of items.
