Camas e travesseiros bons. Limpeza perfeita. Água disponível maravilhosa, tinha até água com gás.
Super bem localizado.

Cons:

0 tamanho do quarto poderia ser maior.. Avisei que ia chegar um dia depois por ter perdido o trem e eles cancelaram no Bookin minha reserva. Ainda preciso resolver esta pendência, pois me cobraram o dia eo Bookin também.

Great location. Good staff

Cons:

Sink in the bathroom was partially blocked during the stay. Was put in a wheelchair accessible room, neither my wife nor I have any disabilities. Room was booked months ago, not last minute.

Perfect location, exceptionally helpful staff for a short stay in beautiful Avignon
Pros:

First, the staff were exceptional. Both Stephenie & Ghozlane were welcoming, helpful, hospitable & friendly.
The location is fantastic, right beside the Palais de Pâpes. We had a lovely corner room on the 5th floor with a view of the Palais.
The breakfast was good, buffet selection of fruit, breads & pastries, eggs & sausages etc.
Check in is 2pm which is early for hotels in France.
Make sure you have the correct address for the taxi as there are 2 Mercure hotels very close to each other - they are within walking distance of each other but a bit of a hike with luggage. Staff however helped us with our luggage when we were dropped off at the incorrect address.

Cons:

Nothing…………other reviewers complain that the hotel is shabby & needs maintenance & updating. May be true but I will take location & helpful staff anyway over appearance

Nous avons aimé notre séjour à Avignon et ce, en grande partie grâce à Stéphanie à la réception de l'hôtel Mercure centre. Quel bel exemple de professionnalisme et d'accuei!. Elle nous a suggéré plusieurs endroits à visiter et plusieurs bons restaurants. Nous avons apprécié ses petites attentions à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon mari. Nous pouvons dire que les services offerts à cet hôtel sont de hautes qualités et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans réserve.

During our trip we stayed in six different hotels, and unfortunately this was by far the worst one. The room was extremely small — with three people it was difficult even to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also incredibly cramped; both the shower and toilet were so tight that you practically had to enter sideways. The bathroom fixtures were in poor condition, the towel hooks were broken, and the renovation looked very careless, with paint smeared in many places. Overall, the hotel felt untidy and poorly maintained. The carpet in the room was also so dirty that I honestly felt uncomfortable walking on it.
