Very good
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Columbia and the reception staff were exceedingly helpful and lovely . We would have liked to have a complimentary tea and coffee / kettle which was expected but still was nice although we had to pay .

Lovely family feel hotel, close to station and 20-30 mins walk to most attractions
Pros:

Great hotel, 5 mins from main station. 20-30 mins walk from most attractions. Breakfast was great. Not massive selection but all fresh. Lady serving made coffees/Teas etc and kept everything nice and really clean. Hotel had a lovely "personal/family" feel, didn't feel like a chain impersonal hotel. Hotel reception staff nice and welcoming. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely stay again.

Great central hotel
Pros:

Great hotel easy walk from train station or to a metro station, making it easy to navigate the city. Friendly and helpful staff always with a smile on their face and thank you to the lovely staff who made great espresso to start the day. Great breakfast included and they were happy to provide a packed breakfast when we had an early morning tour. Comfy beds. Thanks for a great stay !

Hotel se nachází blízko vlakovému nádraží, chodily jsme všude pešky, máme to rady, dobrá dostupnost. Personál byl velmi vstřícný, pohotový, přátelský, snídaně jsou dobrá, chutná, dostačující, paní v jídelně velmi pozorná a milá. velmi příjemný pobyt, moc se nám líbilo v Římě a v hotelu Columbia. Děkujeme.

Posizione ottima per visitare Roma, ad un passo della metropolitana. Comodo il parcheggio convenzionato nelle vicinanze. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
