Comfy, friendly and exceptional
Pros:

The staff were extremely professional and friendly. A lot of facility options. Food was delicious!

Cons:

Only small complaint is trouble leaving car park because barrier wouldn’t lift but was fixed swiftly and promptly by staff and was resolved

Nice room. Was available before 4pm.

Cons:

The gym was closed on the day I stayed without warning. I chose this hotel from many others on account on the fact it had a gym - disappointed.
The food on room service was ok, chicken very dry seemed cooked a long time before

Good but could be better to derve 5 star
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The room was nicely decorated and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The twin beds were narrow and ther were no toiletries, slippers or bathrobe

Perfection - recommend to everyone
Pros:

The beds are soooo comfortable. Staff were very accommodating with us as we were a big group throwing a surprise for a friend.
