Great location, well kept and nice service
Room service not possible after 9pm / restaurant was closed too, which really takes away from the experience. And we weren’t able to get breakfast in the morning sent up.
Although we loved the hotel generally, due to this I’d likely not stay again so very much worth considering how to improve this!
Sleep quality was good ( dark, quiet, comfortable bed, room temp cool with window open). Not too far from the parking garage. Check in & self service breakfast easy & well organised. Location is quiet & good for museums & shopping
Have to ask for basics like cotton wool. Extra pillows not given as requested, not enough coffee in room ( have to ask at front desk). Bit stingy for price paid but these are niggles. Staff don’t look up & smile or say hello on front desk.
Staff were all excellent, with very welcoming personalities. Vania, our restaurant server was outstanding. The rooms were very well appointed, clean and full of amenities. Inhouse restaurant was excellent!
Lack of towel bars/ hooks in the bathroom.
We were exhausted after our overnight flight, so getting to check-in a few hours early was as wonderful as the black-out curtains in our room. After a short nap, we hit Dublin with far more energy than we had when we arrived, and made the most of the afternoon/evening.

De executive lounge was niet vergelijkbaar met executive lounges van vergelijkbare hotels en viel erg tegen.
De badkamer was erg klein en had onvoldoende haken om handdoeken etc. op te hangen.
Luz the room attendant was exceptional - helping us greatly with things we needed. Simon at the front desk and another woman (did not get her name) were also very helpful with services, and were always smiling. Makes a difference !
We did not know that there were packages that included breakfast - was not offered.
Also, many hotels have a coffee station at or near the front desk with a to go cup for when you are waiting
