Pros:

Bus- und S-Bahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür bzw. fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück ist bei der überschaubaren Auswahl eher unausgeglichen.
Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist gerade noch akzeptabel, insbesondere im Bad klebten undefinierbare Farb- (oder Blut-?) Spritzer. Fazit: Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage eher hinter sich, für ein Kurztrip mit wenig Aufenthalt im Zimmer ist es gerade noch hinnehmbar.

Moldy rooms, stay away.
Pros:

Good location, and mid-range price.

Cons:

Stayed in room 222 from February 15 to February 27. Unfortunately the bathroom had clearly visible mold in the shower area. This is not just a cosmetic issue – my wife is allergic to mold and started experiencing health symptoms during our stay.

I reported the problem to the hotel and asked for a proper solution. However, the issue was not resolved. It appeared to be a structural problem rather than something that could be fixed with normal cleaning.

Because of the hygiene concerns we decided to leave the hotel early. I asked to cancel the remaining nights and only pay for the nights already stayed, which had already been fully settled. The hotel refused this request, even though I simply wanted to move to another hotel for the rest of the stay.

After returning home I also checked Google reviews and noticed that other guests mentioned similar issues, which suggests this might not be limited to one room.

Overall this was a very disappointing experience. A hotel should take hygiene issues, especially mold in bathrooms, much more seriously.
