Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping needs improvement- only one towel in one of the rooms, mini bar was not cleaned. However, they were quick to respond to requests. In room dining needs improvement as well

Really nice boutique style hotel, lovely pool to relax by after day trips nearby. Made use of the small gym & occasionally ate at the hotel. Service overall good but slow at times & soundproofing in the room relatively non existent. Overall, a good stay at the hotel.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs.

Superb staff, nice and cosy hotel with ample parking and very nice dining options.

good stay for Business Trips

This would be one of my longest reviews :
I had the pleasure of staying at Trident with my family, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff's hospitality, attentiveness, and friendliness left a lasting impression on us, making our stay truly memorable.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel important and comfortable throughout our stay. It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Our room was neat and well-maintained and amenities provided added a touch of luxury that we truly appreciated.

The entire property radiated an air of elegance and richness. The cozy ambiance created a perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. The highlight for us was the backyard, a serene oasis that was simply amazing. We spent hours there, enjoying the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings.

The restaurant staff were equally impressive, offering excellent service and going above and beyond to cater to our dining needs. Their proactive and helpful nature made every meal a delightful experience.

One of the most heartwarming surprises during our stay was the bon voyage cake and gathering organized by the hotel. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel like valued guests and added a personal touch to our departure.

The team dropped the ball - very bad first impression.

Since I raised the formal complaint, the team genuinely tried their best to make up and I appreciate it. But at times it felt it was a bit too much.

Good bunch of people running the place - I sincerely hope they provide "consistent" service all the time not when someone raises a complaint!

Staff and facilities were excellent. Hotel was very pretty and relaxing, breakfast was tasty and meals from the restaurant were very yummy.

The hotel is excellent, only exceeded by the attentiveness of the staff. The GM, Jishu, and his team proactively look out for guest needs and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Will definitely book again!

An old property much in need of renovation and Capex.
Being an Oberoi property the quality of personnel is superlative and they made the difference in uplifting an average or sub par stay to a memorable one.

I had a wonderful stay with extended family at this property. The service was excellent and was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The property is a bit dated and the location is a little away from major shopping areas. It definitely suits if someone is looking for a calm and serene atmosphere in the middle of Kochi.
