Das Hotel ist viel zu teuer für das was es bietet und die Glanzzeiten sind längstens vorbei.

Das Hotel hat vor Ankunft ein Checking-Formular versandt, dieses habe ich ausgefüllt aber bei Ankunft musste ich erneut eiin Formular ausfüllen. Das Checking dauerte fast 30 Minuten. Die Receptionistin bediente gleichzeitig mehrere Personen und war nicht bei der Sache
In keinem Hotel das ich je besucht habe, musste ich die Hotelgebühren im Voraus bezahlen, ohne das Zimmer gesehen zu haben. Das Badetuch im Badzimmer hatte Löcher, war alt und ausgefranst. Es wurde jedoch umgehend an der Reception gewechselt. Die Toilette hatte ein Band das einem anzeigt, dass es gereinigt war aber als ich den WC-Deckel öffnet lagen Fäkalien in der WC-Schüssel, die mehrere Tage alt war.
Die Bar auf dem Top-Deck sollte um 1700h geöffnet sein. Wenn einer meiner Freunde nicht an die Reception runter ins Erdgeschoss gegangen wäre, würden wir wohl noch heute auf einen Drink warten.
Wir sind mit Motorrädern angereisst. Die Jahre davor waren wir auch schon in diesem Hotel und hatten speziell gekennzeichnete Parkplätze für Motorräder. Diese Parkplätze sind nun nicht mehr vorhaden. Wir mussten dann in Autobox-Nischen parken mit Böden, die eine Neigung haben, dies ist jedoch für Motorräder unpraktisch.
Die Lifte sind steinalt, zu klein wenn man mit Gepäck in obere Etagen muss. Auf sind die Lifte zu langsam, sei es beim Öffnen oder schliessen der Türen. Auf eine Ansage dass die Tür öffnet oder schliesst oder in welcher Etage man sich befindet könnte man verzichten.
Ich war bereits mehrere Male in den vergangenen Jahren in diesem Hotel aber so schlecht wie dieses Mal war es noch nie.
Der Preis ist es nicht Wert, bei dem was ich und auch meine Freunde vorgefunden haben.

Le personnel est gentil, serviable et attentionné.
Proche du centre devant une petite chapelle place de parking dans la rue ou parking privé de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et propre
Chambre spacieuse et très propre
J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels à Menton et celui-là et dans mes favoris.
Petite attention particulière car j’avais un petit bébé petite peluche offerte à l’accueil ainsi que plein de sourires et de mots gentils c’est agréable.

Superbe séjour.
Pros:

Garage souterrain pour nos motos. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre très propre et chaleureuse. Terrasse superbe avec vue sur la mer. Repas succulent. Hôtel proche de la mer. Nous reviendrons certainement.
