Cleanliness, friendly staff, good overall experience

The price is on the higher end but to be fair you get what you pay for. This visit was exceptional.
The hotel was just as expected. The staff were amazing.
This is our 2nd stay at the hotel. It is just lovely here. So quiet considering how close to the main road. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. My 11 year old son loves it here too. He especially loved how comfortable the beds are. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, such variety and very fresh. We loved the fruits melons, pineapples, apricots all delicious. Will definitely come back again.
The overnight parking was a bit expensive at £19. However you could park outside the hotel if wanted. I just think that van be inconvenient, especially of you have children or someone with a disability.

The bed was really uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep, when booking a lot of questions to spend more money which is unnecessary, can’t complain about staff as their where friendly

The Receptionist we met, Rose, was so welcoming and warm. She assessed our needs immediately and offered a free upgrade when she realise the room I booked wasn't suitable. She was quick and efficient, whilst making us all feel comfortable. Other members of the reception team were reall friendly and efficient at executing their tasks.
The room we had was modern and clean, spacious which we all appreciated. Loved the decor. We had two double beds for myself and two kids ages 11 and 9 and we had plenty room. We all really valued the free WiFi in our rooms too.
Having to pay £19 for parking inside the hotel grounds, whilst we could have parked for free on the roadside parking there was limited. When travelling with kids the last thing you want is hassle with parking. Whilst I don't mind paying for parking, £19 for an overnight stay is the highest I have ever paid and quite expensive in my opinion.
