Pros:

The hotel was well located close to places to eat and kept to a high standard.
Staff especially on arrival and departure and at Breakfast were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The food menu could be better and probably do with reducing the price of the food which seemed expensive for what was on offer

I paid for a presidential suite got key went inside room was lovely but other peoples bags were in it they then moved me to a junior suite with no refund on price tried to hide it wasn’t a presidential suite the rooms were clearly very different
