Great room. Lovely breakfast. At breakfast Yaz was so welcoming.

Tax who works in the mornings at the breakfast area is an absolute gent. Always goes out of his way to help and or a friendly smile. Its components and gentlemen like this that bring and attract repeated visits. Thank you Yaz

Stayed for Christmas December 2025 and I must say... Hilton should be proud of their staff and the dedication to work, catering for customer needs... especially during the festive season.

Yamuna - many thanks for caring for us during our stay at Christmas. You made our stay very special indeed and very enjoyable. My wife and kids remember your constant smile with fondness!

Derek and Vasvie - from the moment we walked in you made us all feel welcome... as did other people staying as I observed. The atmosphere at reception was welcoming, warm and magical. You have our gratitude.

If anything, we felt guilty that you all had to work during the festive season!

The refurbishment across the entire establishment is great. We've been staying for at least 20 years and can see huge improvements and it back to its old glory.

Christmas 2025 was magical for me and my family and you all contributed to our pleasant stay at the Hilton.

Stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time with work. Hotel is always very clean. It has a decent gym which I appreciate. Breakfast was also very good quality. Thanks to Yaz and the team there who made the experience very welcoming and friendly

The service was excellent. I was welcomed with respect. Yamuna, Irina and Yaz as well as the other staff were respectful and helpful. The hotel, the room, and the food were fantastic. I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel.

Yamuna and Anita are a top team at the Hilton Croydon, making every stay a pleasure. Every morning helpful and with a smile. Keep up the good work.

It was one of the best hotel ever. Rooms and service were top notch. Sheril and Elsi in the restaurant was very kind and served us well and looked after what our children needed as my son was autistic and what they offered and provided met his needs.
Also the lovely Yamuna in the front desk service was very top standard. She made us feel at home so welcoming. We will definitely come back and have told our friends and families about this hotel.

The room was perfect and very large . Rather Comfy bed I slept well . Gym facilities are limited and the weights only go up to 20kg but you will manage to get something out of it .

I never ate in the restaurant as I arrived late .

At breakfast I was greeted by Oliver a lovely vibrant chap . The food was all okay aside from the eggs , they had been sat there for so long they developed a rubbery thick top layer.

Only reason really for the lower star rating is the way my check in was handled . It transpired that when I was on my way down I was only needing to stay 1 night rather than the planned 3 . The bloke on reception said he couldn’t amend my booking and was keen for me to pay for 3 nights . I protested and insisted he only charge me for one . He then told me I have to get an email from my booking agent to cancel the 2 remaining nights . It was 23:35 so impossible to get a response from them at this time . Dragging it out into the morning could compromise the cancellation policy of the second night .

I am writing this from the breakfast table on the morning of departure so yet to find out what he says this morning ! Wish me luck 😆.

Carlos was really accommodating and made my stay amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be coming here again

Just booked into the Hilton London Croydon and I've been dealt with on reception by a remarkably efficient and just really good front of house lady called Yamuna got up to the room. Everything's clean and as you'd expect it to be. But just that lady your moon are really just is the kind of person that every organisation would want to have working for them spot on.
