Best birthday ever
Pros:

The staff member at check in was great as well as the hotel seeing my request and making my birthday special with room amenities. Breakfast was amazing and June was lovely and helpful.

Cons:

It was a tiny bit cold but the duvet made up for this once in bed.

Lovely hotel, great vibe and location and immaculately clean
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The hotel is modern and feels welcoming and warm. It has a great atmosphere and the location is great.

Breathtaking customer care!
Pros:

Stayed for Christmas December 2025 and I must say... Hilton should be proud of their staff and the dedication to work, catering for customer needs... especially during the festive season.

Yamuna - many thanks for caring for us during our stay at Christmas. You made our stay very special indeed and very enjoyable. My wife and kids remember your constant smile with fondness!

Derek and Vasvie - from the moment we walked in you made us all feel welcome... as did other people staying as I observed. The atmosphere at reception was welcoming, warm and magical. You have our gratitude.

If anything, we felt guilty that you all had to work during the festive season!

The refurbishment across the entire establishment is great. We've been staying for at least 20 years and can see huge improvements and it back to its old glory.

Christmas 2025 was magical for me and my family and you all contributed to our pleasant stay at the Hilton.

Yamuna, Derek, Vasvie.... Thanks for a breathtaking experience and you have our gratitude.
