Kind staff!
Pros:

Updated rooms were nice!

Cons:

The heating and cooling units in the room need to be updated. They are so so loud!! I hardly slept because every time the air came on, it was so loud and woke me up!
In another room that I reserved, the guests above the room let water over flow in their bathroom and it woke my family at 3:00 A.M. to water dripping and there was standing water on the bathroom floor.

Pros:

We were upgraded to the King spa suite from standard so we could be on the 1st floor.
The bed was sooo....comfy!
I enjoyed the spa tub but there should really be rails there for safety.

Cons:

The suite only had a desk chair with no comfortable chair even though there was a big empty corner with plenty room for one. Hubby sat at the desk to do some writing and I had to sit on the bed to read. Not as comfortable for relaxing as a chair and ottoman would be.
