Easy to find, great breakfast… classic hotel experience minus the pool which was not working.
Missed a soak in a hot tub (which appeared to have been removed sometime in the past, maybe.)

Everything especially the girl kala i think is her name she was one of the girls working in the breakfast room my granddaughter burnt her finger on the waffle maker and kala got some spray for it and a bandaid then brought her a bowl of ice cream to make her feel better she was the sweetest person

I loved it all and breakfast was very good. I didn't get time to go to the pool or see the gym etc or eat at the restaurant but I will next time and that will probably be in April when I have to go again.
I worked in Hotels for years. Just one thing to watch for when cleaning is under the soap dish on the shower in room 408 to clean with some bleach every not and then to clean up the little black mold so it doesn't build up to be anything serious.
And use a sticky roller on like a paint handle to pick up any hairs on the bed and bathroom floor.
Also the TV was very nice and big for a hotel room it was great.
The elevator flooring is beautiful too.
This Hotel is very nice and beds are very comfy. Water temperature is also great and shower pressure.
The staff is very fast at their job and good, their manners were all so friendly and kind.
I will stay Everytime I need to stay in Truro and will recommended it to others as well indeed.

Thank you, very nice hotel
Under the soap bar in the shower the little build up. Not a big deal, nothing to complain about just something to take care of.
And the little hair in the bed when pull back the sheet but honestly not big deal as it could have landed through the air after it clam so that double check with the roller after the air is settled with the sticky roller does wonders.
But honestly the staff and the over all place is great. Read early comment of what I like...this is not complained this is just recommendations because love this Hotel.

All I can say the breakfast was lovely. I wouldn’t change anything.
Loved the central location in walking distance of restaurants and services. Quiet. Lots of free parking. Easy access to WiFi. The tasty breakfast buffet was a real treat as I was flying out of Halifax at noon.

The property was clean and comfortable. King beds were nice. The staff friendly. The continental breakfast was good with hot and cold food items

Het pand heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig, verouderd gebouw, verf, inrichting... De kamer was ook niet naar behoren schoongemaakt: er lag nog afval in de vuilnisemmer en in de hoek.
