My first choice of lodgings in Truro
Pros:

I periodically work at Colchester East Hants Health Centre in Truro, and I take call, which means I have to be available to respond quickly. Thus, I can't really comment intelligently on the bar at The Bistro On Prince, but I can recommend (highly) the restaurant. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful; the rooms are extemely comfortable (important when you have to fall asleep quickly, because you don't know when you're going to be awakened), and the location is very convenient. I love this place.

So close to concert at marigold. Perfect couples night
Pros:

We had a great one night getaway for a show. Very close to Marigold Centre for concerts, walkable with many food options. The resto and breaky were pretty good. Great price for hotel

Amazing stay highly recommended
Pros:

Very nice hotel. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in during hotel stays and we travel a lot. The bedding was amazing as well. Room very clean. Great free buffet breakfast. This is a +++ stay highly recommended

Not great, but not horrible
Pros:

Beds comfortable and room quite spacious, large tub was fun for the kids. Staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant very good (paid separately).

Cons:

Room had no large towels and i had to ask for some and than i found a wet towel, which meant the room has not been properly cleaned. Breakfast had zero vegetables or fruit. No coat hanger so coats were on the floor or chair. No Netflix or YouTube, had to cast my phone to TV. Pool had no towels and water quite cold.

Ok place if passing by ….
Pros:

Check in was friendly but form filling for a paid for room a bit much. Room was good size , bed OK . Large TV. Microwave and cooler and both bathroom and entrance sink had soaps and lotions in quantity. Air conditioning was one of those individual inside floor type, efficient and not overly noisy. The decor was very old and worn down, all plastic outlets having turned into uneven shades of brownish yellow, dark furniture , yellow bedspread. Not very expensive in price but still we are not in 1970. The good it was quiet so we slept OK.

Our stay was wonderful except for the fire alarm. But we understand those things happen.

Just ok stay this time

Television hard to work. Supper at restaurant took 45 minutes to receive . Children running up and down halls until 130am

Our stay was disappointing.

In the middle of the night, the curtain and whole curtain rod and screws fell down make a loud noise and waking us all up then all my belongings were coated in dry wall dust and paint chips. We got up and looked and there were a ton of holes and holes that had been filled so I guess it had already fell multiple times!!!
