Staff at this location is very friendly, helpful, polite and respectful.
Morning check out staff was excellent and told us that deposit will be refunded to our card. Very pleasant person.

All was good.
Good comfortable room, reasonably well insulated from the highway noise close by. Good bathroom. Reasonable breakfast. Close enough to the GO-Transit station to be able to walk to or from it in 10 to 15 minutes.
Breakfast room was too small for the number of people wanting to use it. No pathway to the hotel so had to walk along the verge for the last/first few hundred meters to the hotel.

Nice staff and good price
Bed was very hard as were the pillows. Air conditioning was very musty. No food service and breakfast was not a great option.
It was convenient location for our medical appointment the next day
Our room was on roadside. Very noisy.
Pillows were too soft. Faucet dripped all night.
Elevator was sketchy..made a lot of noise and the didnt move. We opened the door and used the stairs

The staff in the dining room and front desk were helpful and friendly.
The housekeeping department was miserable. One woman almost ran my three year old daughter down with a huge bag of laundry. She almost knocked into all of us, but really could have hurt my child. Not only should employees always move out of they way for guests when they are traveling through the hallways, to almost knock over a three year old is pretty bad customer service.
I didn't like the fact that there was a hair in the bed and two curly hairs in the bathtub of our first room. But I also really didn't like the fact that the room they then moved us to also had a couple surprises. One being a left behind Tupperware lid that was very visible in the closet. There was writing on the note pad that's in the desk. As well as the fact the tub was so clogged that the water reached above my ankles during my 5 minute shower. The housekeeping in this place is atrocious. As well the TV is very small and cheap. And the fitness studio was missing the disinfecting wipes to clean the machines down after use. There wasn't any way to clean off the machines before/after use. Not helpful
As well if you are looking to have dinner there, the restaurant does not serve lunch or dinner. Its just a place for the included breakfast. Which there is not much seating in. The first morning they put me in the half clean conference room because they ran out of seating. Probably should have cleaned it before putting a guest in there. .
Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed. Location very close to Go train station.
