5 stars for the overall experience.
Pros:

The hotel and the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and they easily accommodated our requirements. We had very good experience specially with Chonden - one of the staff member. Additionally, the surrounding area is very nice and everything including the train station is nearby.

Comfy beds and close to Eurodisney with easy transfers from Paris.

Cons:

The surrounding neighborhood was a little dystopian for a family trip. Area could be cleaner.

La salle de bain était en mauvais état, de la moisissure et des fuites.
Pas de restaurant le weekend ! Les pourtours étaient sales, la piscine ne donnait pas envie du tout.

great place to stay if travelling to Disney parks as easy to get there by train, and cheap!
Pros:

the rooms are very well kept and as expected for the price.

Cons:

the location is a bit of a walk from the train station (15mins) so bear that in mind if you have lots of luggage.

Great bed, ok breakfast.
Pros:

No joke - the mattress was the comfiest I've ever slept on. So good that we've tried to purchase one but they are only available to addresses in France. Kids loved the pool but it did get busy at times. Location is really close to the nearest train/metro station.

Cons:

Breakfast isn't really worth the €17 per adult but children do eat free. The size of the room didn't really match what we were expecting from the photos but was perfectly fine.
