Only issue was a minor glitch over the reservation. Problem was fixed and the rest of the stay went smoothly.

It was a business trip.
Pros:

The location was perfect for what I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. It had a very limited selection and the portions were ridiculously small. Example a cup of coffee that was about 1/2 of a normal cup.
I had large amounts of issues with the AC/fan. It wouldn’t barely work and when it did work it was only for a few minutes and then it would just stop. I had to be changed rooms, but the other room was just as bad.
The fragrance they sprayed in the room after cleaning was awful. It was so strong and had the room smelling like a brothel.

The location was amazingly different this time ,,,,
My children live on lake Norman this motel is just down the road from them , as you approach it stands out in color very clean looking I was amazed they changed the color of the building it’s very Beautiful when you go up to the rooms are always nice and comfortable the staff are friendly helpful . Nariv and his staff are on point with everything thank you I look forward to staying here again I’ve been traveling here for the last ten years 10 stars

Cons:

My room , very comfortable, the breakfast they is fresh you make your own waffles the big fluffy ones, there’s cereal apples juice and other things.

It was AWFUL! I will NEVER stay again!
Pros:

The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful, other then that, NOTHING was good.

Cons:

It was all awful; the room smelled, and the breakfast area was nasty. The entire room and bathroom were very dirty; the room was so filthy that I was scared to walk on the floor without shoes. The room smelled very bad! Nothing was cleaned at all.
