Aşırı konforlu fakat çok sıcak
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok güzel, konumu güzel. Çalışanlar çok iyiler, bir Türk çocuk vardı odamın kâğıdı kilitlenmiyor diye odamı değiştirmek istemiştim bana aynı şey olduğunu anlatamayınca boş Odaları kontrol edip kapımı tıkladı ve o odaya beni alabileceklerini söyledi, kapı kollarının denemesini yaptırdı hepsinin aynı olduğunu ve içeri kimsenin giremeyeceğini söyleyip gönlümü ferahlattı

Cons:

KLİMA YOK, nasıl mümkün olabilir anlamıyorum. Ausburg a her geldiğimde bu otelde kalırım, her şeyiyle çok güzel fakat hep kışın geldim ve bu yüzden klima olmadığını fark etmedim. Hiçbir odasında yokmuş, kabus dibiydi. 5 hafta sonra tekrar geldiğimde üzgünüm fakat kliması olan bir otelde kalacağım.

Günstiges, zentral gelegenes Hotel, tolles Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt dicht am Bahnhof und ist fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Busse und Tram halten in der Nähe. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück super. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig, auch bei offenem Fenster.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist wirklich winzig. Die Dusche müsste dringend saniert werden (dunkle Ablagerungen in den Fugen). Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig, für einen Städte-Trip aber absolut ausreichend.

Also ich muss sagen ich habe jetzt keine Luxus Villa erwartet erstmal das gute war das es halt sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht vermutlich …

Also was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat ist es gab keine Klimaanlage nicht mal einen kleinen Ventilator … und das bei 33 grad oder 34 Grad sehr schade … dazu kommt das an der Bad Tür an der Ecke oben ein Spinnennetz war schon etwas unhygienisch finde ich zumindest … die Dusche unten an der Ecke war Schimmel oder dreck auf jeden Fall nicht sehr sauber .. und das Bad war Generell sehr eng man konnte sich kaum bewegen da drinnen :(

Die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein mit kaum Platz um sich umzudrehen.

Gute Lage, kleines Zimmer
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Ich konnte mein Gepäck schon vor dem Check-in abstellen. Der Check-in und Check-out ging schnell und effizient. Die Lage ist super. Nah am Bahnhof und am zentralen umsteigepunkt der Straßenbahnen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hat dezent nach Rauch gerochen. Ich habe es erst gemerkt, als das Fenster länger geschlossen war und wollte dann spät abends nicht mehr um einen Wechsel bitten. Beim Checkout habe ich es erwähnt und die Mitarbeiterin hat es dankend notiert.
Das Bad ist extrem beengt. Es war unangenehm, sich hier aufzuhalten. Eine größere Person würde in diesem Raum Probleme haben.
Obwohl ein Raum zwischen mir und dem Aufzug war, konnte ich hören, wenn er sich bewegt hat.
