Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage gleich am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Toilettenspülung läuft lange nach. Bad ist sehr eng.
Kleine Sitzbank im Zimmer hatte deutliche große Flecken.

Bila sam zadovoljna.
Pros:

Lokacija mi je bila jako dobra, tramvajska stanica je bila blizu, a tako i samo središte grada.

Cons:

Boravila sam kratko. Kad sam tek stigla morala sam zagrijati sobu, no kada se zagrijala bilo je dobro.

My apology to everyone
Pros:

I would like to apologize to all the guests of the hotel, the employees I met and those I didn't, as well as the hotel management for the inconvenience I caused on the morning of February 26. The fire alarm went on because of me and because I was using deodorant.
I don't know why it happened, because I used the same deodorant during the previous days of my stay.
When evacuating the guests from the hotel, the employees were patient and kind.
Also, I would like to thank the policemen and firemen who came to the field that morning and who showed understanding and were really sympathetic towards me in that situation.
After I left the hotel, and even now I feel bad because of all the inconvenience I caused to the hotel guests and employees.
I hope that this inconvenience can be overcome in the future, so that if one day I visit Augsburg again I can be a guest of your hotel.
I hope you will accept my apology, both hotel guests and all employees at all levels of engagement in the hotel.

Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein und Altmodisch, Zimmer roch nach Rauch, Toilette hat nicht aufgehört zu spülen und ist übergelaufen. Bad war sehr klein und Dusche sah sehr unhygienisch aus.

Sehr breites Bett, gute Matratze.

Cons:

Morgens um 7:00 Feueralarm, danach kein Wort, was passiert war, alle wurden wieder reingeschickt, als es vorbei war. Auch 1 Std. später liefen die Aufzüge noch nicht. Sonst aber ganz solide und ehrlich. Für einen Kurztripp gut geeignet.
