La posizione della struttura, staff housekeeping e bar/ristorante molto gentili, parcheggio comodo.

Cons:

Struttura non all' altezza di un 4 stelle, a mio parere sul fronte pulizia si potrebbe fare di più (asciugamano sporco di rossetto trovato in camera tra quelli puliti.. capita..), staff alla reception abbastanza di poche parole (al check in non ci hanno nemmeno spiegato gli orari della colazione), tv che non funzionava in camera. Qualità/prezzo non ci siamo... non ci tornerei. Si salva solo la posizione.

Pros:

出てすぐモン・サン・ミシェル行きのシャトルバス乗り場があるのでとても便利でした。
バスタブがあるのでゆっくりお風呂に浸かれたのもよかったです。ウォーターサーバーもロビーにありました。

Cons:

確認不足で失敗だったのは、エレベーターがなく階段しかなかったことです。大きなスーツケースを持って階段を上り下りするのはとても大変でした。スタッフも手伝ってくれません。また、この地域のエリア内に車が入るのにお金がかかるのですが、荷物を下ろすだけだとお金はかからないと言われましたが友人に送ってもらいすぐ出たのに、出る時に友人が€12.5取られたと言っていました。説明しても取られたそうです。もう少しホテル側から詳しい説明をしてくれてたら良かったと思います。スタッフ終始あまり親切ではないと思いました。周りにもホテルが少ないから割高だと思います。

Posizione eccellente per visitare MSM. Colazione buona e varia. Letto comodo

Cons:

Primo piano senza ascensore (con una grossa valigia non è il massimo) in una dependance a 100 metri dalla struttura. La colazione viene servita nel ristorante dell’hotel ma essendo noi nella dependance se avesse piovuto sarebbe stato un problema. Avere persone un po’ più cordiali ed empatiche alla reception aiuterebbe molto (fatto due o tre domande per capire meglio logistica, maree, etc ed ricevuto risposte rapide e senza troppa attenzione)

Pros:

Très bon séjour ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Mont-Saint-Michel. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Grâce aux précieux conseils reçus à la réception, j’ai pu parfaitement organiser mes visites au Mont-Saint-Michel.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et le restaurant est vraiment au top : très bonne cuisine et une expérience très agréable. Une adresse que je recommande !

Cons:

Seul petit point négatif : l’absence de coffre-fort dans la chambre.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'occasion des 60 ans de ma mère. La chambre était très propre, le personnel à l'écoute et l'endroit parfait pour nous rendre au Mont Saint Michel.

Cons:
