Posizione eccellente , staff eccezionale . Colazione ottima !
Clean and beautiful presentation .Good restaurant.Staff tried to be helpful and accomodating . Great beds and sound proofing.
Over priced and bedrooms and beds are small. Some bathrooms are just dangerous as door doesn’t open fully either way meaning you can get stuck in the cubicle . Closed the sitting room for carpet cleaning when we had told them we were needing it in the morning .
Noisy room because of external heating devices
Upon walking into Dorset Square Hotel, The atmosphere and ambience is all the making of what you would expect from a Kit Kemp Firmdale group hotel with beautiful and stylish interiors, having a really charming cricket theme that gives the place a warm, distinctly British character. From the décor to the little details, it’s a fun and tasteful nod to the sport and Firmdale style which makes the hotel feel unique rather than generic.
The service was genuinely good throughout the stay – staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a positive impression overall.
That said, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. During the night, an alarm was flashing constantly through and noise from a fan in the TV was disturbing in the bedroom, it didn’t seem as though the room had been properly checked or followed up on, which was a bit unsettling.
In addition, room 3, lower ground where my family stayed was fairly noisy, with trains passing by regularly, so light sleepers may find it disruptive.
Overall, a stylish hotel with great service and a memorable theme, but some attention
to nighttime disturbances and noise levels would really improve the experience.
Thanks

Very friendly hotel, a nice vibe with it being small

Everything including location, staff, facilities etc.
Nothing
It’s a Firmdale Hotel - what’s not to like.
Everything so clean and so comfortable!!! Staff so nice and helpful!
Room is very very tiny. The shower was so small that you almost couldn’t turn inside it
Loved the location, loved the fact the hotel is different to chains and the personal touches; the bed was super comfy, the sheets beautiful and spotlessly clean and clearly newly decorated. That said was still very pricy, despite little giveaways like hand cream and room spray... I also would prefer to have option of bath or shower, and only had shower, but this is a personal preference. Hotel was extremely accommodating of date changes, due to cancelled events for us, which I really appreciated.
I balk at £350 per night, sorry! I don't think that it was worth more than some incredible hotel I have stayed in London that were under £300, with similar locations. And without breakfast included, we ended up paying an extra £52 for breakfast. I would definitely return if cheaper, not at price we paid.
Lovely rooms, very clean, great location and well priced.

Excellent service and Excellent Breakfast.
I went yesterday in Marylebone and incidentally discovered their Breakfast restaurant " The Potting Shed " .
First I saw the menu displayed outside of hotel and I walked inside and met two hotel Reception staff . They welcomed me with a gracious smile and informed me about their Breakfast dining room. They guided me to go outside of hotel and downstairs for breakfast.
My first impression already was the design and paintings , Portraits were amazing and eye catching.
I was welcomed by Ms Miran and she escorted me to a table . I realised I need a different table and she arranged a v nice round table as per my request in very timely manner . She was v attentive not only to my table but other guests as wel .
She also recommend me dishes as per my preference. Later I met Restaurant Manager Ms Giulia Roccon and she presented herself with great professionalism as well pride in her job .
I absolutely love these two staff who are warm , gracious , attentive and positive.
I congratulate Firmdale Hotel Management and Hr for hiring and retaining great talent.
I will be definitely coming with my Royal circle of friends and associates to this fine establishment .
On other note Breakast was amazing .
Porridge, mashed avocado with poached egg perfectly prepared and presented.
Loved the decor
The location is perfect for my stay, Baker street underground station is just 3 minutes away and there are lots of good shopping spots and fantastic restaurants in walking distance. The area of the hotel itself feels more residential than touristy, which to me is a big plus. It is clean and has a really cute interior design.
The room I got was quiet, well at least during my stay in the beginning of January which was perfect when most of the Christmas and new year’s crowd had left the city. All the staff that I had contact with were very helpful and polite.
The superior room might feel a bit small and also the bed, my feet stick out a little and I’m just 168. But it didn’t bother me in particular.
Beautiful hotel; clean and comfortable
Nothing to dislike
Room too small
Lovely boutique hotel in Marylebone area for our daughter’s wedding- very close to the town hall. Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in London. Beautifully furnished and in a good location. Hope to stay again one day.
