Good Place to Stay
Pros:

A good place to stay for the night. The breakfast was great, and the pool was ok. There is construction going on, so the facility showed that, therefore it didn't quite match the pictures on Booking. We heard no noise from the construction, but we did hear the our neighbors above us. I'd suggest asking for a top floor room to eliminate that.

Cons:

The guest laundry was out of service due to the construction, and I wish that was communicated when booking as I had planned to do laundry at this place during our road trip.

HIExpress is a quality place to stay on a trip to Lebanon, MO.
Pros:

The property was super clean and updated. The room was extra comfortable with great beds. The TV service was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful! The breakfast was superlative!!

It was a decent hotel. We stay there usually once a year.
Cons:

It was under remodel. You had to go outside door to access the pool. Inconvenient but understandable.

Great group of staff, including the construction workers.
Pros:

The receptionist Dee was great! Our vehicle broke down under the awning right after we checked in. She tried to help by letting us use her car to charge the battery to see if that’s what it was. She allowed us to leave it under the awning since it was out of the way so boyfriend could fix it Saturday.
