Sehr gutes Personal, ich wurde zu meinem Geburtstag besonders begrüßt, obwohl wir es nicht extra angekündigt hatten.

Cons:

Es gibt Umbaumaßnahmen am Schwimmbad, man erfährt es nur durch das Lesen auf der Homepage, als ausweich kann man den SPA-Bereich vom Nachbarhotel nutzen, dieser ist super.

Pros:

Lage und Aussicht im Eckpanoramazimmer waren überragend. Buffet zum Abendessen sehr leckere Fischvariationen. Alles andere (Fleisch, Wurst, Käse, Salate, Dessert) sehr gut. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Brötchen, Marmelade und Butter stehen bereits auf dem Tisch. Man kann Käse und Wurstteller sowie Rühereier etc. beim Service bestellen, ebenso Kaffee. Ist ansich auch gut, wenn der Service aufmerksam ist und die Gäste im Blick hat. Das war leider nicht so gut koordiniert und führte zu längeren Wartezeiten.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in einem *****Hotel!? Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, Balkonmöbel unsauber, Parkplatz mit 30 € pro Nacht zu teuer, Pool war gesperrt, diese Info hatten wir bei Buchung noch nicht, sondern erst ca. 2 Monate vor Anreise (es gab im Nachbarhotel eine Ausweichmöglichkeit), wäre die Info gleich bei Buchung gekommen, hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht… ein Rabatt o.ä. aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten wurde nicht angeboten

Cons:

Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Aufgeheiztes Zimmer für meine über 80 jährigen Schwiegereltern. Lange Wartezeiten an den Fahrstühlen, Personal an der Rezeption nicht so freundlich wie man es erwarten darf
