Hotel Neptun , das Meer und Warnemünde was braucht der Mensch mehr....
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt und das Personal war stets freundlich .
Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer ein Traum....

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Toller Kurzbesuch in einem tollen Hotel mit spannenden historischen Hintergrund
Pros:

Neben der tollen Lage und der geschickten Architektur (immer Ostseeblick) genossen wir ein Superfrühstück im 18. Stock. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das FS im Restaurant hat sich deutlich verbessert, gemessen an einem früheren Besuch 👍

Der DDR Charme sollte abgelegt werden.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig.Das Personal war freundlich.
Das Hotelzimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen.Wir fühlten uns wohl.
Der Wellnisbereich hat uns auch sehr gefallen, warmes Ostseewasser,Wassergymnastik,Ostseeblick und die Poolbar mit netter Bedienung.Hervorzuheben ist die Broilerbar.Schmackhaftes Essen,gute Organisation für Tischzuweisungen durch das sehr freundliche Servicepersonal.

Cons:

Enttäuschend war das Parken. Unser Pkw stand auf dem Parkplatz ,wo kein Eis und Schnee geräumt war.Da wir schon früher angekommen waren,durften wir unser Gepäck nicht aus dem Auto ausladen,weil angeblich zu viele Abreisene in der Lobby sich aufhielten .Was , mit etwas gutem Willen, gelöst hätte werden können.
Bei täglichen Kosten von 20,00€ und 30,00 € einmalig dazu ,erwartet man besseren Service. In der Skybar, Tanzveranstaltung, hatte das Servicepersonal keine Lust auf Umsatz.Wir hätten gern noch einiges mehr verzehrt !!

Wie immer waren wir rundum zufrieden.Frühstüch war super und auch der Abend in der Sky Bar.

Cons:

Was überteuert ist, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Molenblick wünscht. Das ist schon unverschämt, da man ja auch schon mehr für die obere Etage bezahlt. Sollte mal überdacht werden.
Was nicht sein kann, ein 5* Hotel, Glätte und der Weg zum Hotel war weder beräumt noch gestreut. Es gibt Menschen die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind. Ansonsten war es TOP.👍
