Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauna war wunderbar.
Was wir besonders schätzen, war die Ruhe ( kein Kindergeschrei -> ist im AjaResort deutlich anders! )

Cons:

Die zu hohen Parkplatzkosten von 30€/ Tag.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf den Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Restaurant direkt im Haus. Sehr gute Cocktailbar. Man kann da auch gemütlich am Kamin sitzen. Eigenes Parkhaus direkt am Hotel. Nutzung des ÖPNV in Warmemünde und Rostock in der Gästecard inklusive.

Cons:

Die Kurven bei der Ausfahrt aus dem Parkhaus sind recht eng

Pros:

Die Atmosphäre dieses geschichtsträchtigen Hauses und dessen Lage begeistern mich schon immer. Der Fitness- und Wellnessbereich ist wunderbar ruhig (auch bei sehr guter Belegung). Das Personal war motiviert und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist (ähnlich wie an ändern Häusern) nicht für grössere Fahrzeuge (Transporter) geeignet. Ich hatte wirklich pures Glück und habe einen zufällig verfügbaren Sonderstellplatz bekommen. Das wäre sonst zu einem echten Problem geworden.

Zimmer im 18. Stock, tolle Aussicht, sauber, Lage am Strand, Essen/Halbpension sehr große Auswahl, Schwimmbad genutzt, sehr sauber

Cons:

Parkgebühren in dieser Höhe als Hotelgast sind nicht akzeptabel, Abendessen war sehr gut, zu bemängeln wäre, wie in anderen Hotels erlebt, kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Tisch

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels rechtfertigt keine 5 Sterne
Pros:

Frühstück war gut,
Lage des Hotels sehr gut
Zimmer waren ausreichend

Cons:

Das jüngere Personal in der Bar machte einen gelangweilten und teils auch unfreundlichen und unaufmerksamen Eindruck.
Die Parkgebühren des Hotels mit 30,-€ pro Tag sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Balkon und die Sitzmöbel darauf waren mit Vogelkacke beschmutzt.
Im Bad fehlten die Handtücher, wurden auf Nachfrage aber gleich gebracht.
