Last minute booking (booked a couple hours before)
• Room was not properly cleaned — hair in the bathtub and in the bed.
• Bathtub was visibly dirty and jets did not work.
• Only half a roll of toilet paper provided.
• Couch had multiple stains; room had dents, nicks, and holes throughout — very worn down.
• Bed was uncomfortable.
• Front desk was unhelpful when I asked for an HDMI cord — initially said no, reluctantly said he’d check, and never followed up.
• Loud banging in the hallways and neighboring room made it difficult to sleep.
