Fabulous hotel, staff and location.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. The receptionist (I think Amelie?) was so lovely and helpful when checking us in - giving us advice on parking and where to visit. The room was one of the best I've ever stayed in: modern and spotless, and the beds were definitley the most comfortable, inlcuding the smaller child's bed. We even looked to see what matresses/toppers they were!

Most enjoyable visit to the Great War battlefields

Wonderful hotel - would return
Pros:

Great hotel with convenient underground parking which connected to the hotel directly. Good headroom on the parking which was great for our passenger van as this can be a challenge with underground parking.

Lovely place. Kids enjoyed the table football and table tennis and board games/ jigsaws at the bar.

Rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent buffet style with lots of hot and cold choices, although expensive at €16 per adult.

Cons:

There was a lift from the car park but the ground floor didn’t align with the ground floor of the hotel - there were a handful of steps to navigate too. This wasn’t ideal with large suitcases for the family.

We had two rooms to fit the family. We were hoping for interconnecting rooms but got given two opposite each other instead.

These are fairly minor points but just flagging for future bookers. We’d stay there again.
