Pros:

Wonderful friendly staff that went out of the way to try and find a better room when we didn’t like the first one they gave us.

Cons:

The bottom floor rooms are wet and they smelled and the pool looked dirty and the hot tub had too much chemicals so we didn’t use either even though I wanted a hotel with those options specifically

Elevator is broken has been upon checking over a month. Room had a oder possibly carpet that has soured . Ice machine on second floor was broken so you had to go down stairs to lobby to get ice found out it has been broken for weeks to.

It met my expectations. Fine, except where noted.
Pros:

Good location, convenient parking, clean comfortable room

Cons:

No desk/table work space. There was no place to set my laptop, and work, browse, while there. I would have gladly traded the TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and coffee maker, for a work space. other than lying on the bed.

It was clean. The lady at the front desk during the day was the nicest one there.

I was booked according to my confirmation and what I chose. Was a room with a seating area . The pictures showed a nice size room. Once I entered the room I was disappointed. The room was much smaller. The seating area consisted of a kitchen chair beside the bed in between the air conditioner and wall. The bed was really hard as well. I couldn't sleep much for the tossing and turning. The elevator was not in use either. The only staff welcom I no works front desk during the day. She was having to do breakfast and take care of the guest at the front desk. Meanwhile with her running back and forth. Ran out of eggs and sausage. The only things that were hot unless you wanted to make a waffle..

Good location walking distance to several attractions and shopping

Cons:

I was on second floor elevator was not working plus the ice maker on the second floor was not working made it inconvenient going up and down many times too access facilities

Pros:

IT WAS CLOSE TO EBERYTHING

Cons:

THE TOWELS SMELLED MUSTY, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE, NO ONE TO REPLENISH BREAKFAST AT 7:45AM, I COULDNT GET WATER IT WAS IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM THAT WAS CLOSED.
