Please note that this hotel has no car park and cannot guarantee nearby parking. On-street parking in front of the hotel is limited and carries an extra cost, with a GBP 2.50 permit available to purchase at reception. Side street parking is unrestricted.
We regret that due to the configuration of the hotel, the pool is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that lockers are not provided for swimmers.

It was in a convenient place for the town, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the pool and the staff were kind and kept our luggage safe during the day we checked out. They also supplied us with herbal tea which wasn’t provided in our room.
The room was as expected, a large room, double bed, sea view, with room for our dog plus an en suite.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food but the bar was good.
There was access to a pool but we didn't end up using it as the weather was so good.

We were in room 384 which was very large, beautifully decorated and probably recently refurbished. We had a super king bed, a settee and coffee table and a lovely bathroom with walk in shower. It's probably the nicest room we've had here so far, with a wonderful sea view.
Once again we took advantage of a morning swim in the lovely little pool. We don't tend to eat here because we have family nearby, but the menu looks lovely so next time we'll give it a try.
The person who tore the brand new net curtain! What a shame when they've made an effort to make the toom look so lovely!

L’hotel ha un’ottima posizione sul mare.
Struttura obsoleta, che fosse in Italia faticherebbe ad avere due stelle, piuttosto sporca, senza aria condizionata nella maggior parte delle stanze e con solo un piccolo ventilatore da tavolo, colazione mediocre con solo qualche croissant, pane da tostare, marmellatine confezionate, uova e pancetta, ma senza torte o frutta fresca.
Had a stain on the carpet put us top of the hotel with a cooking chimney out side the back window also the smell was awful the place was scorching hot yea very disgusting and I’ve stayed in a few best westerns this was by fair the worst , we asked to be moved just said no

It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful .
A good 1-night stay. Location is good, we walked from the train station. Family room for 3 adults was very spacious. It was convenient to have a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Late check in (after 10 pm) wasn't a problem. There are lifts in the building.
If you buy breakfast in advance, it's 15£ as opposed to 17£ if you get it on the day.
It is nice that the room was facing the sea, but also it meant some traffic noise from the road (especially if you keep your windows open in summer). But it wasn't too bad, we were still able to sleep.
Breakfast was good, but it was a bit strange that we were not made aware of all available options. There's a buffet for cooked food (English breakfast) and some cold items. There are also extra options which you can order (fruit salad, porridge, different types of coffee), but there was no menu and the staff didn't mention this to us. Also, the quality of fruits in the salad could be improved.
For hot weather: there's a fan in the room but no aircon.
Breakfast was reasonable except - NO FRUIT!!!! staff very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit pokey and also extremely hot. I realise we stayed in a heatwave though!
