Please note that this hotel has no car park and cannot guarantee nearby parking. On-street parking in front of the hotel is limited and carries an extra cost, with a GBP 2.50 permit available to purchase at reception. Side street parking is unrestricted.
We regret that due to the configuration of the hotel, the pool is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that lockers are not provided for swimmers.

One lift was out of use
Very helpful staff member who offered to show me different rooms when I was unhappy with our room. Helpful staff member who took our bags to the room because the lift was broken. Parking voucher for guests.
The smell! The hotel smells awful - of feet. The halls, the rooms, it smells unpleasant. Carpets are very dirty as are some of the walls in the bedrooms.
Disappointed with Twin Room - small and very outdated compared to other rooms that we saw.

It was quiet
I flossed my teeth and while doing so could see little bits of food on tiles either side of sink. Probably from others flossing

It is a little tired in places. Parking is in the road with a pre purchased permit from reception so works fine. Doing it daily is a pain if you are staying multiple days it would work better to have a set for the full length of your stay! No chance of forgetting and risking a parking ticket and not something you should need to be thinking about on your relaxing holidays.
I loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful position overlooking the sea. Clean and spacious room with a clean bathroom and tea/coffee station. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. I particularly loved the little indoor pool. I will definitely go again.

The bed didn’t have the duvet on the bed and was in the cupboard, so wasn’t sure if we were meant to have it as didn’t have a quilt on it.

Mattress had springs pocking through, chairs had springs pocking through material chair at dressing table was rickety.. There were marks on the carpet and grubby walls. Best to say i won't be back
