Clean, well situated, a bit expensive
Pros:

Perfectly serviceable and decent customer service. Slight feel of faded glory but everything is clean and usable. Had a sea view room which was very nice but also quite expensive. Nicely decorated and a sofa facing out towards the sea.
It says it has a business centre - it doesn’t. Staff let me use the bar area in the day and bought cups of tea which was very nice of them. Pool was fine - clean and well kept. I booked through Expedia and breakfast wasn’t included which was annoying - book direct for breakfast included. Staff kind and patient. Parking £2.50 per day on prom, first come first serve. Parking in back street behind hotel is free. Lingering smell of smoke in reception. Would return here if I came back to the area.

Relaxing with great views.
Pros:

Entrance and facade of the building look tired but once you are inside there is a lovely feel.
The hotel and bedrooms were clean, the rooms were not huge but ample for a couple with tea, coffee etc. the bathroom shower was tired but was clean.
The staff were very good, polite, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good value at £15pp with a wide choice and attentive staff with a lovely view overlooking the sea.
Location was lovely great views from the verander, 7 minute walk to the shops and town. 3 minutes to the pier or a 50 minute walk to the marina where there are some lovely restaurants and bars. Uber was £9-£15.

Pros:

I managed to park right outside, bonus. Street parking only but they do a ticket for £2.50 for residents so not bad at all.

Cons:

The smell of bacon! It started from 6ish! I gave up and went for a swim early. Bonus, I had the pool to myself.

Pros:

Very good breakfast. Staff quickly brought tea, coffee, fresh fruit salad etc. Good range of food and good quality

Cons:

Room not totally clean on arrival. Bit of glass on floor and drawers had bits of food in them. Quickly resolved once reported

Stayed in room 124 requested fridge in room which was nice. carpet had stains required a deep clean. time to replace carpets has got air-conditioning. and sea view had 4 poster deluxe room q card in room full of dust.

Wonderful. Lovely staff. Great location.
Pros:

Great location, very clean. Fans in rooms, which was amazing in the heatwave. Comfy thick towels. Very helpful staff. The pool is lovely.

Cons:

Parts of the building were looking quite tired but that was reflected in the great price we paid.

Pros:

L’accueil et politesse de tous🫶. Les vouchers, pratique pour se garer devant économiquement. La chambre dans son ensemble mais je suis tatasse en ménage. La situation. La vue sur la mer et la marina devant.

Cons:

C’est nettement moins bien en réalité que ça ne rend sur les photos. Déçue en arrivant mais nous venions de passer 6 nuits dans un haut de gamme dans une ville riche. L'érosion, le sel et les années passant ont laissé des traces et les extérieurs ne sont pas mis en valeur.
Néanmoins, on se laisse charmer par l’ensemble et aurions bien prolongé encore ☺️
