We had a lovely stay it was a birthday treat the food I had was lovely and also the breakfast was lovely

Only 1 plug socket other side of room
Paint work needs sorting getting outdated also next too none plug sockets. Just the pool has issues lots of loose tiles caught my foot on 1 of them and showed the reception person but they never said nothing

Nice swimming pool and nice staff but in a very tired hotel . It’s ashame MGM haven’t invested

Quiet stay.
Pros:

Easy to get to from the road and quiet location - surrounded by greenery and a brook. A big hotel - looks like there are few themed nights/entertainment on there. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The bar was quite small and didn’t seem to fit with some of the more period/character setting of the hotel. The car park is huge - but also rammed - we had to park in the furtherest away part which was more mud/field like. There was some strong smelling weed smokers about.

Wonderful staff !!

Staff are lovely and food is great

Cons:

Looking abit shabby, needs tlc . The jacuzzi wasn’t working one time and then the sauna was out , disappointing when you go for a day spa.

Overpriced and tired facilities - photo’s do not reflect the reality properly

Cons:

It is much more tired than shown in the photographs. The price was far too high for the facilities and room provided - incredibly tired bedroom and furniture, didn’t feel clean and the bathroom floor was wet and towel wet when we arrived. Wouldn’t stay here again.
