Great location, right next to the Legislature building and close to the harbour. Easy walk to downtown.

Spacious and well-equipped suite rooms, really appreciated having more than a bedroom to use.
The blanket bedding was unusual for a hotel, and kept slipping off the bed.
L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione che permette di visitare le attrazione di Victoria a piedi. Il ristorante all'interno della struttura offre un'ottima colazione e il parcheggio in loco è sicuramente un plus.
La struttura sarà sicuramente stata all'avanguardia in passato ma ha adesso un'aria un po' decadente. Abbiamo inoltre visto un topolino nella stanza. Quando abbiamo lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception non mi sono sembrati molto sorpresi e si sono limitati a scusarsi. Credo quindi sia un problema comune di cui sono a conoscenza.
I used to stay here as a kid so that was about 45 years ago I like that their Remover large, great location central to everything. The bed was comfortable, and I liked that the sink is outside the shower and toilet area.
The hotel has been around forever, and I felt that the room was a bit dated and had a bit of an older smell to it, but not offensive. My girlfriend didn’t like that it didn’t have air-conditioning. However, I was quite happy because I’m always cold. Lol.

Location is good. Courtesy parking is provided despite I was told it costs $24 per day. I am glad they let us park for free as it makes no sense to charge your guests parking while staying in your hotel. Opposite Dat Inn has full day rate for $14. So I am glad they let us park for free.
The property is old, furniture and style are 1970s. The keycard is not working after 4 trips down to reception. Only 1 card is working.
