Location was great. The room was comfy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
Small stuff, like only 1 ice machine and it was on the bottom floor.
Location
Did not know we had smaller than queen bed
Appreciate that the price point for hotel room is reasonable and the pool & hot tub area is very clean
Location with superb… Beautiful room with a balcony
Pretty standard hotel experience, everything was as expected. Big parking lot with no hassle.
Everything was fine. Hotel was a bit dated, but that's part of the Victoria charm I think.
Easy location close to downtown. Very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful
Restaurant had very limited hours. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable.
Value. Spaciousness of the suite. In house amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Central location.
It would have been perfect with an ocean view.
Location is perfect. Love having the pool and hot tub and games rooms and theatre . Floyd’s diner was awesome.
The room for 3 people with two double beds is too small. The bed is too small for 2 adults, so didn’t sleep well. For $400 a night which is very expensive, should have bigger beds!
Very close to the harbour and parliament building. Excellent location
Property was extremely dated - fixtures, wallpaper, carpet and designs all from the late 80’s early 90’s. Bed was situated directly over the heater, making the room hard to regulate temperature and sleep very difficult.
This is an older hotel that has been kept up. It has large rooms, unexpected perks like kitchens in some suites. Comfortable furniture, dining room tables when there are kitchens. The rooms are comfortable " cozy" decor. Good quality wall coverings everywhere. Good quality carpet, hardwood in some units. Friendly staff, lots of perks like swimming pool, washers and dryers for guests. New restaurant on the premises for breakfast and lunch. There is also good parking on the grounds.
I have stayed numerous times in this hotel, in various places, most frequently the dog wing. Which is outstanding.
I have never encountered anything about this hotel that is negative.
