We will definitely stay here again
Pros:

We typically stay at Best Westerns when we travel, and this one was probably the best of the Best that we have stayed at! Excellent breakfast, great amenities ... especially loved the nice workout equipment, the pool and spa. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Also enjoyed the free plug-in recharge for our hybrid vehicle. We'll definitely stay here again.

Adequate but those stairs need a really good clean!
Pros:

stayed for 2 nights to facilitate a visit to the amazing Crater Lake. we had a warm welcome and our room was an ok size and comfortable. Like the rest of the hotel it felt quite dated but it was clean and adequate for our 2 night stay. we asked about housekeeping and were assured it would be done, only to find on our return that it was half finished with cleaning sponge left in the sink, some bins emptied but no coffee refills. They were very apologetic but after we had chased it up, and then we had to visit reception again for the refills. the breakfast was included and pretty good, and the 8pm cookies and milk was a nice touch - but we couldn't get over how grubby the main stairs were - really shabby which detracted from the overall presentation of the hotel.
the location was easy to get to but some distance from downtown Klamath Falls which meant dining options within walking distance were limited. It served its purpose on our trip and overall was comfortable, but I'd probably consider what else was available should I ever find myself there again.

probably will stay somewhere else if i go up again to visit my relatives to a new property facelift
Pros:

I felt safe, and I got good sleep however the person putting breakfast together works like a hurried busy bee it' all seems a little too much getting breakfast ready and running the front desk with one person which is what it looked like. I did like the breakfast.

Cons:

bed felt too soft and I didn't like the bathroom set up If I'd been with a second person i would not have been happy with just one sink. The bathroom and lav need a rearrangement and a better bathroom wtih larger lav for two.

breakfast is too large for just one person who's also responsible for the front desk too ... you may get away with it on weekdays but not on weekends !
