Hotel apaixonante !
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso! Nota 10 em tudo! Quarto organizado e cheiroso, design de interior muito bonito, vista da janela bonita , boas roupas de cama e colchão, atendimento em todas as dependências do hotel, em especial restaurante e recepção, educada e gentil. Eu e meu esposo amamos nos hospedar aqui.

The Lap of Luxury
Pros:

Life doesn't get better than this. This was the best hotel experience of my life. My luggage was lost and there were a series of mishaps with buses, but coming back to The Kensington made everything okay again. Everyone was extremely kind, especially Nnamdi and Daisy. Others were wonderful too, but I didn't get everyone's names. I was able to check-in early without a problem. Everything was just wonderful and easy. The breakfast was delicious and the portions were large. i also loved that breakfast was until 10:30am for those of us who wanted to sleep in a bit. The dinners were wonderful. The hotel aesthetic is off the charts. Vibes - immaculate! There appeared to be a signature scent, because the whole place smelled incredible. The music was on point. Sitting by the fire and reading a book in the library, while having tea after dinner is a memory that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Elegant, spacious and convenient.
Pros:

As I write this review, I am about to book another stay at The Kensington. Delightful, beautiful rooms. Amazing water pressure. Bathtub and separate shower were fab. Toilet had a door separating it from the rest of the bathroom, which is so, so nice. Surrounded by beauty.

A great London hotel we would happily return to
Pros:

We’ve just had a great stay at The Kensington Hotel and would happily return.

It’s a very cosy hotel with genuinely accommodating and friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The room was extremely comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed and excellent pillows, which made for a very restful stay.

The hotel is set in a lovely, quiet area, yet surrounded by elegant bars and restaurants, making it a perfect location for both relaxing and going out in the evening. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay and somewhere we would gladly choose again.

Beautiful January stay
Pros:

Very comfortable two night stay, cosy room is a decent sized double for British standards, no street noise. Excellent dinners, uncomplicated menu very well prepared and served. Enjoyed the beautifully decorated public rooms, including the sophisticated atmosphere of the bar. Friendly and professional staff, extremely well trained. Looking forward to returning.

Amazing value for such top service and comfort, our daughter felt like a princess!
Pros:

The hotel felt amazing quality, with exceptional treatment. The staff were super attentive and even surprised our daughter with Paddington bedding whilst we were there as the trip was specially themed to visit Paddington locations. The staff all went above and beyond and the price paid felt exceptional value for money considering the level of comfort and luxury we experienced.

Pros:

Afternoon tea here was good, however the gluten free version was just not to the same standard and I really wasn’t blown away, limiting the choice and taste.

Staff were slow and service was average.

Decor was lovely, the setting really very Christmasy.

Business trip which was too short
Pros:

a shame to return only for two nights at my second home ! A lovely upgrade and lovely room, slept very well and the cleaning lady was great!
