I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.

One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its convenient location right next to Heidelberg Central Station, making it easy to travel around the city and the surrounding region.

I highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Heidelberg.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία
Pros:

Ακριβώς δίπλα στον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, επομένως βολεύει για όσους ταξιδεύουν με τρένα. Ακριβώς δίπλα σε στάση τραμ και λεωφορείων - πολύ χρήσιμο! Άνετο ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με θέα τον σιδηροδρομικό.

Cons:

Ακούγονταν συνεχώς τα τρένα να περνάνε - εμένα δε με ενόχλησε αλλά θα μπορούσε κάποιος να ενοχληθεί. Δεν λειτουργούσε η τηλεόραση και το πιστολάκι μαλλιών.

Disappointing stay—would not recommend.
​The front desk service was terrible. The receptionist was loud, completely disrespectful, and gave off a very unwelcoming, discriminatory vibe from the moment we arrived.
​On top of the bad service, accessing the hotel parking is a real hassle. It’s located at the back of the property, and getting to it requires navigating an uncomfortable, tricky drive along a bridge. Overall, a stressful experience from start to finish
