Un noticed hidden satisfiers.
Pros:

Accor hotel are my preferred business stay.

Cons:

Generally Ibis hotels maintain a common standard in guest rooms. Ibis heidelberg, I couldn't find it. A wardrob, spacious shower, wash basin with minimum standing space, a WC with space to sit on comfort mode.

Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Frühstückservice war ausgezeichnet. Es wurde proaktiv nachgelegt, wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Als besonders viele Gäste beim Frühstück waren, wurde ein Konferenzraum geöffnet, sodass dort ebenfalls Platz zum Frühstücken war.

Cons:

Leider konnte ich aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs nur schlecht schlafen. Damit muss man aber rechnen, wenn man nahe Bahnhof und nahe Hauptverkehrsstraße wohnt. Vielleicht sind andere Menschen auch weniger empfindlich.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in Heidelberg, wir viel Erlebt und gesehen.
