Proper en modern, vriendelijke onthaal.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Hasselt. The room size is perfectly adequate for a city hotel — you don’t need more — and everything was clean, with a well‑designed bathroom. Even late at night, the hotel bar was still staffed; we were able to get a drink at 2 a.m., which was a pleasant surprise. A solid, comfortable stay in a great central spot.
The biggest drawback was the noise early in the morning. Our room faced the back of the building, directly above the delivery entrance. At 05:30, a refrigerated truck arrived and had to keep its compressor running under our window (we were on the third floor). The noise was so loud that it felt as if we were sleeping on a construction site. After about half an hour it became quiet again, but sleeping in peacefully was no longer possible. If you stay here, ask for a room that is not above the delivery area — an upgrade to such a room is something we could have done without.
The receptionist were very nice every time, liked the breakfast and the room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
The hotel is also in a nice position since It’s in the centre of Hasselt.

The bed was incredibly hard and high. The value for money in terms of comfort is poor. Every room door slams, making it impossible to sleep when other guests return to the hotel at night. I paid 120 euros more for the weekend than I would have during the week. Weekend prices are artificially inflated.
