Pros:

The location was convenient; the check-in process was quick and efficient.

Cons:

The room was very tiny, the beds were uncomfortable (only a top mattress), the towels were old, and the cleaning service was poor. The walls were very thin, so noise from other rooms was constant.

Locatie is perfect voor een stedentrip en de bedden waren perfect.

breakfast was lovely and very plentiful.

Niet tevreden
Cons:

Ik vond het niet kunnen dat betaalde klanten die in het hotel slapen gaan parking hebben bij het hotel. Wij hebben op het sint-jocobsplein moeten gaan staan voor dan met ons koffers helemaal naar het hotel te stappen.
